The delivery tonight was the wrong pizza, and it was cold. So, I called and they said they would be glad to replace it. The pizza they brought was substandard, at best. Maybe these guys just don’t want to do any business anymore. Our Shaq-a-roni pizza was supposed to be covered in pepperoni, but it only had a couple of pieces per slice. It was supposed to be well-baked, but it came soft. We are very dissatisfied with the experience we had this evening.
I usually don’t like to get pizzas delivered, because of all the mistakes, errors and delivery problems associated with doing so. However, I took a chance and I am glad I did. The pizza was well made, lots of toppings, no skimping on anything at all. It was delivered hot and fresh. We also ordered bone-in wings and they were delicious as well. Reasonable delivery time, reasonable prices, for a good pizza and good wings.

I thankfully got a refund from postmates because my order was wrong. I was supposed to get stuffed crust pizza with only the NEW pepperoni and the mushrooms. This pizza I got has sausage, not the new Peproni, mushrooms, and olives. I also did not recieve the right boneless wings I got garlic Parm instead of honey chipotle. The pizza not only was incorrect but the crust is un eatable it is SO THIN. I am not sure what happened but the pizza was not eatable! My name and and order were clear on the pizza box and wings. Tried to eat it and just threw it away .

This has been the worst experience I ever had with any pizza place. This is my first time ever ordering from any Papa John’s Establishment. I usually stick to dominoes or Pizza Hut. It was Oct 26th , I had placed a timed order online through papa Johns. It was supposed to be at 1pm. They used a door dasher to deliver my order. It’s like Papa John made the pizza and let it sit there, it was so cold and stale looking. I called to get a redeliver, Colton was the manager and was just so rude and disrespectful. He claimed they were too busy to do a redeliver and he was going to refund me instead . Colton claimed to put my refund in, which 1 box of pizza was almost $30 by the way , still nothing. It has been almost 2 weeks, I called numerous times, each person saying they cannot help. This is the most unprofessional pizza establishment ever, it is also a franchise , not corporate even worse…. I will just have to file a fraud claim with my bank, because this exactly what this location is FRAUD! I wish I checked reviews before even placing an order… 3 stars is Horrendous!

I put in an order 12/01/2024 at about 4pm, but the door dasher contacted me and told me there was no Pepsi available, so I told him to go ahead and cancel my order then and he said ok. he contacted me later saying they could pick up a 2L Pepsi for me. Still, I already requested to cancel the order so I submitted the order again at 8pm. Someone from that location contacted me back with a bit of an attitude saying that I canceled an order earlier because there was no Pepsi and that they still don’t have them so do I still want my new order I said I’m disabled and have no way to the store to get a soda. However, told her I would figure something out, and I still wanted my order so she said ok and hung up on me. I don’t understand why the attitude makes me not want this new order if someone with an attitude is going to be around my food because now I just don’t trust it. The whole situation would’ve been resolved if they had contacted me as soon as I placed my order to let me know what they didn’t have like they did my 2nd order, minus the attitude that it was my fault or something.
