Absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the mix of fresh greens, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots made every bite feel balanced and satisfying. The sauce was rich and savory without being overly heavy, soaking perfectly into the base and tying everything together. Portions were generous, ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was comforting and appetizing. Would 100% order this again.

Absolutely love this Sichuan restaurant! Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The Guoba Sanxian (Crispy Rice with Seafood) was amazing — you can even choose the non-spicy version, which is great for people who don’t eat too much spice.
The Stir-Fried Pork Kidney was super fresh and flavorful — tender, a little spicy, and full of that signature Sichuan aroma. And the Spicy Bullfrog Pot was a must-try! So juicy, rich, and addictive that we couldn’t stop eating.
If you love authentic Sichuan food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great taste, generous portions, and friendly service — 10/10 recommended!

No-frills restaurant in a no-frills location serving no-frills food at frills prices. May have been good at one point, but nowadays you can find much better elsewhere.

This is the BEST Sichuan food I’ve had since I was in Chengdu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mala fix!
The Mapo Tofu with minced pork was perfectly balanced in flavor. The House Chili Crispy Fish Fillet was lightly crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside. And the Sauteed Chinese Baby Greens had plenty of garlic which is just the way I like it.
10/10 I will be coming here at least once a month and telling all my friends about it!

This place looks unassuming from the outside but this place has the best Sichuan food that I’ve tried in the south bay! We had the mapo tofu, fried fish fillet, and greens and it was SO DELICIOUS! The heat is very authentic and sneaks up on you, but it would not be authentic Sichuan food if it didn’t bring the heat! Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

JX cuisine should do much better. Ordered spring rolls, that came out frozen in middle, like ice flacks frozen. Talked with server and she took it back to only bring back same plate, yes, one piece eaten in less than two minutes, may be quick pop in microwave. For 10.99$ you expect some quality and decent food. Not coming here ever again even if complex does not get replanned.

We stopped by x Cuisine for a taste of authentic Sichuan food, and it did not disappoint. The mapo doufu was rich, silky, and packed with that signature mala heat, while the spicy fried chicken was crispy, bold, and addictive with just the right kick of chili and Sichuan peppercorns.
The flavors are intense but well-balanced – perfect for spice lovers. If you’re craving something bold and true to Sichuan roots, J Cuisine is definitely worth a visit.
