The pizza is very good in my opinion. The place had a huge make over compared to how it was years ago. Now, the place reminds me a lot of a modern pizza place. I also live the vibe it gives. I hope to show this place to my friends someday.

Best burger on 26th St. The Smash Burger, single, with everything on it. Slices are fine but their whole pizzas are better. Prices are manageable and their selection is wide.

I ordered for delivery because I ordered from them from uber Eats before. I didn’t want to pay $8 of service fees from Uber Eats. I rather give the delivery driver a better tip & called them. I placed the order directly with them. I will say before calling them I tried pizza nova and they didn’t want to delivered to me because “I live in bad neighborhood” I’m in north Lawndale. I’m legit right off Ogden & Lawndale. They said “drivers don’t want to go to you”. I’m glad they didn’t want to come because Naty’s pizza is better. my pizza was delivered fast. Lady on the phone was so nice & understanding. Driver was very nice too. 10/10! Thank you for delivering this amazing pizza today!

Last year I ordered chicken from here and the chicken had a long tail that looked like a rats tail for chicken do not have tails when I called they chuckled it off. I called the inspectors. They said the cops wouldn’t do nothing because they ordered their chicken from another place and it’s not their problem literally laughed a little bit sure enough the police said exactly what she said that they couldn’t do nothing about it

This was a bad experience. I ordered 5 wings (extra sauce), and a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza (with fries and liter cola). I paid for extra sauce on the wings but they seemed regularly sauced to me. The customer service lady looked almost offended that I asked where the extra sauce was. The wings were good, they were soggy just tasted bad. The pizza looked like it was going to be delicious but the crust was just a generic crust (reminded me of a frozen pizza like tombstone), the sauce was bland, and the cheese really didn’t have a taste.
Also the two ladies helping customer both made me feel so unwelcomed when I walked through the door. They tried to swindle me out of part of my order. Had to debate and prove that I had additional items on my order (which were paid for, thank you uber eats for keeping a record).
My point is, the food is not that good (in my opinion) and the customer service ensured that I’ll never come back again. Save your money and time.

Saw the al pastor pizza on Carlitos TikTok. It’s good nice flavor but for me the rib tips dinner was my favorite dish. The delivery was quick and everything came safe and secured. 10/10 will order again.

I’ve been meaning to stop by here since they advertise selling al pastor topped pizza. Unfortunately you have to buy the entire pie to get one. They do not sell it by the slice. I picked up a sausage slice instead and it was great. I plan on ordering the al pastor next time! If you’re in the neighborhood, I highly recommend stopping by for a quick slice. Two slices and a soft drink, was about $10.50. The indoor dining area is nice, especially with the open windows. I look forward to trying more of their menu!

I order a 1/4 pound bacon cheese burger and after a hour and a half I received just a cheeseburger no bacon on it i called to complain about it and I was told as an excuse that it was because delivery takes longer when I ask what did that had to do with my burger missing the bacon they were very rude and did not try to satisfy my order. OVERALL: cold food, bad service and make sure you have exact change if planning on paying cash if not you will have to extra tip the driver so he can break your bill… if you dont want your night ruined. DONT ORDER FROM HERE…
