I come here regularly, the first time it was good and I was happy but lately every time I come I get rock hard bread that I can’t eat. I’ve went in and said something a few times and they make a new sandwich but the bread is still stale. I get the same thing every time. Matter of fact I just left and picked up two more stale sandwiches that I had ordered online not 20 minutes before. I love coming here but I just have to pass and so do my friends because we can’t eat rock hard sandwiches. Hopefully you guys get this fixed because I would like to continue to be a returning customer

Amazing! The store was busy and Lexi did an awesome job getting all the orders out in a timely manner. It was wierd because she was the only employee there at 5pm when everybody gets off work and grabs food. She shouldve had help at least but my sandwiches came out perfect! Great job Lexi.

This visit, informed there were “no tomatoes “… later, discovered there were no “prepared” tomatoes… and furthermore, if there weren’t any prepared, she wasn’t going to prepare any! What ever happened to using a knife and slice up a tomato? Now the good, my family enjoyed their product, the tuna salad was excellent, and they had my favorite vitamin water at the drink station

I always come here to eat during lunch. But i was not happy about the service i had recieved today. I walked in with a coupon on my phone i asked the lady about it she said yes any sub and get 1 free. Well the timer had ran out while she was making the sub got to the register and told us she couldnt use it anymore. Are you kidding me you confirmed the coupon and then tell me i cant use it. Itwas not my fault it took you so long to make the sub. Not to mention you told us to hold on a couple of times.

Me and my husband had an awful experience. The lady working now had a bad attitude, and was also loud and obnoxious. She seemed like she didn’t care and my husband wAntes just mayo and mustard on his and it was loaded so bad that it was not even edible. Needless to say it was just a waste of money.

Second visit, still haven’t eaten there. Both times there were 7 to 10 people in line and only 1 person working. After 8 minutes and just one person waited on, I left, again. Both visits were around 12:15 on weekdays, and only one person working? Poor management.

I was the only customer there, so when I walked up to the counter the worker was removing bread from pans. She acknowledged me and said “just a minute.” She continued unloading that pan, grabbed the next pan. And then another. And another. Seriously? I left.

Friendly staff try to help you thorough as fast as possible. The one at Wal-Mart and the one on wheeler in the shopping center the managers do their level best to keep it clean well stocked and ready for you.

My husband ordered from the Walmart store and the order was to be picked up by 6:30 and it showed online that they were closing at 8 but when he went to pick up his order they were closed so now my kids can’t eat dinner tonight so I will be expecting a refund ASAP
