Izakaya! Love the Japanese Pub concept.
This is a 2026 restaurant highlight and great way to start the new year. We made a 9:30pm booking on a Sunday! Show up hour early and they welcomed us to the best table in the house, a high top between the bar and dining room. Amazing decor and vibe here with a friendly and knowledgable staff.
So we ordered almost everything on the menu.
Otoshi Set of small bites were little salads and this dish rotates daily, speaking to the freshness and fragile nature of food.
Ambiance was amazing, down side hard to get good dish pics, but we tried.
Hamachi, super fresh!
Bone Marrow Shoyu ramen, Honey Miso Tartlet both amazing.
The Rhythmic Droplet cocktail was nice but most exceptional was the sake suggestion made by the staff.
Thank you for your service. Must dine if into a Tokyo-esk concepts.

In between days is one of the best spots in the Tampa Bay area! The food is incredible. It’s more of tapas shareable experience with a rotating menu. The sake selection is fantastic. The sake cocktails are incentive and delicious. The staff are great and knowledgeable about the cuisine and Sake. The space is cozy but small so definitely get a reservation!

I cannot explain how amazing in between days is!!! I love going and sitting at the bar alone with a book and doing a little sake tasting. Noah and Sky are AMAZING and so dedicated to the craft of learning, understanding, and teaching about sake. Every meal I’ve ever had here is a 10/10, and I’ve introduced almost every friend that will go with me to this place. I’ve moved away for school and this was literally my first restaurant stop when I came back into town. I usually spend quite a bit here and get about 2-3 dishes, a sake tasting, maybe a cocktail, and dessert. You cannot go wrong with any order here !!

Finally made it here
We got the food they recommend that day, light and refreshing
They offer 3/ 5 sake tastings. You can tell them what you prefer
Tried ube mocktail. Good, but I feel like the ube colada might be more balanced
Abe Junmai
Notes of tangerine and grapefruit. It was fine, but not as refreshing as I expected
Kamoizumi ‘Happy Bride’
Tangerine, key lime pie, froyo vibes. This one was really nice, smooth, a little sweet
There was also a more classic one that’s aromatic and comforting
Overall a fun spot if you’re into sake

When you want the feel of an ultra exclusive music/dining experience, with eclectic vinyl sounds matched with an upscale smart menu that changes daily… THIS is your spot. Whether its date night, or just vibing with friends… make your reservations, and let the menu, sake and tunes be your guide.
Love this hidden gem, treat yourself and those you hold dearest… you won’t be disappointed.

A hidden gem, off the main stretch of St. Pete. We walked in without a reservation and were seated outside – vibes inside were strong! With a limited menu, our group had almost everything. Ramen was excellent and flavorful; we also had the sake tasting. Prices were a bit steep and smaller portions, but overall quality was good and great for a date night/treat. Reservations are recommended to be able to sit inside.

Such a cool place! It’s just a house renovated into a restaurant we passed it up the first walk by haha, so glad we walked back and made our reservations. It’s small, cozy and quiet so absolutely make reservations but it creates a much better atmosphere because of it!
For drinks we got the Okinawa, Osaka mule, Kyoto blossom, and Yamahai old fashioned. All made with different sake’s and all absolutely incredible.
We started with the pork belly and braised short rib gyoza, both absolutely amazing. I can’t remember the last dish we had it was some sort of sashimi I wanna say I can’t remember but it was absolutely amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back to try their ramen of the day next time!

We just left this hidden gem in downtown St. Pete – Tokyo style sake bar with tapas. Vinyl albums play in the background as you dine. Sake cocktails were surprisingly amazing and highly recommend the Sake Old Fashioned, and the Shisho. We will definitely return to try the weekly rotation of fresh tapas. Highly recommend a reservation since the home-converted restaurant has less than 10 tables in addition to the 6-8 seats at the bar.

Such a beautiful vibe! There aren’t many food options, but the portions are generous and satisfying. They only serve sake-based drinks, so if you’re not a fan of sake, this might not be your spot for cocktails — but if you are, it’s hands down some of the best sake you’ll find outside of Japan. The atmosphere is amazing, and even sitting outside was such a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

CANNOT. RECOMMEND. THIS. ESTABLISHMENT. ENOUGH. In Between Days is an absolute gem. A beautiful sake bar with a ton of selection, great cocktails and even better food. Noah absolutely crushes it as a bartender & host and the kitchen team is doing innovative plates that are absolutely amazing. Definitely check this place out if you’re ever in St. Pete’s. You’ll thank me later.
