Saw a post about their special on the local Facebook group, so my husband and I decided to try it out. I have not been to Cokato in the eight years that I have lived in Minnesota, so I was pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant space is called upstairs, and the bar is downstairs. It was quiet and the ambiance was great. I did not catch her name, but the lady working there was incredible. She was the only one helping the customers, but she did it all with grace. Shout out to her!
For the food, we got their special which was the flame grilled steak and grilled walleye. They were delicious. I did not expect the portion to be that big considering it was $23 for the two meals. We also got their Mac Bites appetizer. Those were good as well.
I started following them on Facebook after this meal. I hope to catch more special deals here!
Tip: It looks like the deals start at 5PM. If you are in a hurry, come as close to 5PM as possible. The upstairs fill fast!

I got the low rider burger and waffle fries. The fries were crispy and tasty, but the burger wasn’t as good as I had hoped. Prices were reasonable.

A group (7) of us visited the Iron Horse for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Sydney was an incredible server! She was very personable, kept all of the orders straight and never stopped running. We tried several appetizers, burger, wrap- the food was good, but I was not a fan of the cheese curds.

I went there for a ribeye it was on their menu. Found out it was not on their menu anymore. So I was disappointed. But then I ordered the mac and cheeseburger and upgraded to onion rings. My wife got the chicken avocado sandwich with fries. The burger was amazing the avocado chicken sandwich was very very good. The fries are great as well. The waitress / bartender was also amazing, she took care of everybody there and there was quite a few people, at least 30. I highly recommend this place.

I liked the way the place had 2 levels. It just seemed new and different than the same old same old and the food was great. Staff was friendly but not over the top, scripted, annoying friendly. The other patrons were even playing good music on the touch tunes machine good hard (not heavy) rock.

My kids and I stopped here for lunch randomly and were pleasantly surprised.
The building itself is unassuming and it’s very much a bar, but the patrons and employees (hats off to Sydney) were awesome. On top of that, and I don’t say this lightly, the burger I had there was the best burger I’ve ever had, period. One of my kids had a burger as well and after inhaling the whole thing told me how I need to get burgers from here forever.
Fan for life!

Out bike riding & stopped in for a chicken bacon chipotle wrap/ Absolutely one of the best ive had. Been there twice and service has been great!
