Ordered three snadwiches and some sides like a hot pretzel. Waited over 30 minutes without any explanation. One of the sandwiches was burned. They refunded me for that which i appreciate. The other two also tasted burnt and were clearly made on the same press without cleaning it off. Hot pretzel was decent, Bosco stick was okay. Soup was not good. Cookie was delicious. Maybe it was an off night. We wanted it to be a nice spot to stop at the mall. Will not be back.

40 minutes for cafeteria level food. No apologies, no communication throughout the wait time. Had to return a sandwich for a refund because it was burned beyond consumption on the bottom. All other items in our order were sloppy, bland, and covered in charred bits from the grill. Will not return.

Surprised by the negative reviews – don’t fall them! We’ve been going to there since they opened and it’s been wonderful! From what I see it looks to be a disgruntled ex employee and her friends trying to ruin a great business.

Stopped to look at Michigan made goodies and stayed for lunch. Sandwich and bobo were delicious! The staff was cheerful and very polite. Had an enjoyable and pleasant chat with owner. Definitely will go again and definitely recommend.

Highly recommend eating here if you want to eat what some locals like to eat. I got the ham and cheese panini and LOVED every bite. Also if you can’t make it up to Mackinaw Island for ssome fudge, you are in luck! They sell it there.

Great little cafe in the mall. The paninis and soup are delicious. Service is a bit on the slower side, but you can shop in their cute and unique store while you are waiting.
