This was our first time ordering at this Papa John’s and we will definitely be back! We ordered two medium pizza with different toppings on each half for both pizzas. Our order only took 15 mins to be ready on a Saturday night around 6pm. Pizza was hot fresh and ready and tasted delicious. Both pizzas had light sauce as we ordered. Order was accurate, tasted good, and ready quick. That’s the trifecta in my opinion.

Ordered a cheese steak with extra steak. Not a single piece of steak. This are just mushroom bits in the picture. Manager “Danna” tried to apologize claiming she filled a cup of steak and was snacking on it and forgot to put it on. What the heck is going on at this location?

FIRE THE MANAGERS, SHUT THIS PAPA JOHNS DOWN. So many terrible reviews below. Worst Papa John’s ever. Pizza came cold and with no tomatoes. Called the store and they explained that they had no tomatoes…. a pizza place… with no tomatoes…. they knew they didn’t have tomatoes, but still made the pizza incorrectly and pushed the order anyways. BBQ wings had no sauce, and we’re missing wings… got 8 wings, instead of 10. Mountain Dew was missing too. Reliant on door dash that speaks no English to deliver all the food cold. Papa John’s sucks so hard. So disappointed to spend over $50 dollars to have the entire order messed up. They never issued a refund ever. Managers need to be fired. The Best Pizza in Castle Rock: “Sliceworks” (Scileppi’s at The Old Stone Church).

I’ve ordered from here before and was perfectly fine, but last night I had a pineapple pizza that is now sadly living its second life as vomit on the floor of the Walmart parking lot. I will now make t-shirts for all the survivors reading this that say “I went to Papa Johns and all I got was food poisoning.”

Poor and slow service. Food order was placed incorrectly and after waiting for 40 mins for the order to come out without the second pizza we ordered. To then have to wait another 15 mins for our second to be made. The manager was rather rude during the mix up.

The GM was extremely helpful in remaking a pizza that was left on our front stoop and then… eaten by my dog. 🙁
The delivery person didn’t ring the bell to alert us, so Charlie had plenty of time to snack, I guess.
THe GM (John, I think) was super sympathetic and sent us a new pizza at no charge, even though this was in no way his fault!

Definitely the worst run Papa John’s I’ve ever seen in my entire life, but also in the running for the worst service I’ve ever had at any place. I’ve been assaulted here, and orders are regularly over an hour late. You do better eating literally anywhere else

Usually pretty tasty, but the last pizza I ordered was a supreme that was only half cooked. Middle was still raw dough and I had to finish baking it myself. Waaaay too expensive to have to finish cooking.

Really bad. Ordered a pizza on Friday decided to do their “buy one get one free” they charge $46 bucks for delivery for one pizza! So over charging for bad pizza is the papa John’s goal? I will never order here again. Oh and it also took more than an hour before they even delivered do not order here! Holy cow!
