I LOVE THIS LOCATION. The dark haired guy behind the counter is amazing! He is always so friendly and accommodating!! He complimented me on my glasses that match my jacket and it made my whole day! And this morning I spilled coffee down the front of me and he was kind enough to know I would need a cup of water along with my napkins to clean up. Give the guy a raise!! Love him!

AMAZING, hysterical service. I unfortunately don’t know who he was, but the guy at the window today on Halloween was awesome! He yells happy Halloween (which I needed to hear), and he goes “okay girl get up here”. It was actually so funny, and very enthusiastic, and I really needed that laugh. Not only that, but he was dressed up too. I hope more people visit this location!

Drinks are fine, and it’s a decent Dunkin. However- the old woman who is there every morning at the window, shoulder length gray hair is MISERABLE. Never says hello, thank you, nothing!!! If I see her I literally dread the rest of my experience there bc I know I’ll be met with attitude. Please put someone else on the window, she’s nasty.

The employees are usually really nice but for the price, they do NOT make it easy to get substitutions. It’s an unnecessary gamble if you – god forbid- want a different type of milk that not only will it be caught on the mic but on the label since their POS will still put both types.

Love using my Dunkin app to order on the go so my order is ready when I pull up to the drive thru. However, I have found that my drinks do not taste how I would prefer or how they are made at other locations for some reason. Today, when I ordered a small hot dunkalatte, it was actually made and tasted correct to what I expected. The lady usually working when I order, Mary, seemed to remember to add the syrup? I went in there today and was yelled at and treated like trash. I told the cashier no cinnamon as I’m allergic. I tried to stop the lady from putting cinnamon on my order. The other worker started yelling at me telling me I shouldn’t come and order in there store anymore and should have told them. I explain I did only to have her continue bitching me out in front of a store full of customers.
