This is now the second time where I’ve ordered specifically sugar free but receive regular. I was even assured my drink was sugar free when I asked this time. Once, sure mistakes happen. Twice though… common guys.

I have been there many times. It’s always the same. Everyone is working hard and steady. Some even run. This business is run so efficiently that it doesn’t matter how many cars are ahead of you. I don’t know how much they get paid but I’m sure it’s not enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They all have my deepest appreciation.

I used to come here daily, until my order was consistently made wrong. I don’t post reviews, but my last 5 experiences have been ridiculous. The employees want to argue with me about the drink being wrong. I’m paying $7+ for a drink and it should be the way I ordered it. The customer service has been lacking the past few weeks. This used to be a good start to my morning, but now is just a disappointment.

Coffee at this location is mostly milk. They don’t add enough syrups/sauce. I hate paying $8 for coffee that’s not as good. When I get a hot it’s somewhat sweet but definitely not when iced. Need to add more syrup! It’s probably all the workers who keep failing their test lol I always hear them complaining about almost passing or about to take the test.

I went to 7Brew on Main in Cabot.
It was my 1st time. I got what i usually get at the other coffee joint (we’ll call them Smarbucks)…I ordered from the young man w the tablet, who was VERY KIND. When i got to the pay point, I could NOT find my DL, or debit card (Id left them on the counter of a different establishment. I told the kiddo, ‘Im SO SORRY. Just xcel the order. Instead, the kid pulls out HIS wallet. ‘I got you…we are all forgetful sometimes!’ He is about 18-20y/o…maybe younger. I told him i would bring it back, but this kid didnt know me from Adam. Well done to his folks & 7Brew…this kid just got yall a host of customers in MY fam & friends circle, that will go here bc you have ABOVE & BEYOND staff!

I like this place quite a lot, but updating my review to again point out that I order the exact same thing every time and the price is always different. Is there some secret code or something? I always mention it but get blank smiles, bless their hearts they can’t explain it. Other than that strange phenomenon…fantastic joint, lovely girls, etc.

I usually go to the beebe location to get coffee because I always have a great experience. I have been coming to the Cabot location the last few times that I have gone to seven brew. And it just taste like milk. It doesn’t taste like there’s any coffee. They fill the cup up with so much ice even when you ask for light ice. I also always request extra Carmel drizzle and never get that. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location again.
