There not like the river location I’ll tell u that, the orange chicken is always brownish burnt color taste is not that good chow mein is not the best when I go to river location which is any chance I get there orange chicken is bright orange taste really good I only come to this location because it’s closer kinda and they stay open later than river location so I’d get new night cooks oracle location plz who ever your cook is here sucks

Im not writing on here to throw shade at the company as a whole. Your food is good and atmosphere is alright. But seriously, this might be the slowest freaking restaurant in Tucson. There is no sense of urgency to get food to the customer quickly. I like to get panda for lunch on my break every so often but it usually takes 15-20 minutes to get food after ordering in the drive thru. I gotta stop torturing myself.

I ordered Two portions of teriyaki grilled chicken and loin main. The loin main tasted like rotten fish it was so disgusting I even go sick from it. And they don’t sell anything with fish or seafood in it. I tried calling Panda Express on Oracle and Limberlost Dr but no one answered the phone. I am not sure if I should contact the health department or not. Or wait till other people that ordered the loin main to get sick. I HIGHLY don’t recommend the loin main. I would like a refund but no one answered the phone so I will go there tomorrow and explain and if I don’t get refunded I will then call the Health Department on Tuesday

Got my order with the new item “crispy shrimp and steak” the steak was so hard it was like eating beef jerky. Had the girl serve me some fresh and after waiting 20 minutes she decided not to give me a full serving. Didn’t like it anyways so I will not be trying any more new items.

Placed an order online and they parked me because the order wasn’t ready. They said they would bring the order out soon as it was ready. Waited 25 minutes in my car just to walk in and have my food sitting on a shelf! I asked how long it was ready and the manager said it just finished….. but my food was cold and I was missing my spring rolls. Highly disappointed will not go to this location again

I’m just leaving a review that has no negative effect on anything I paid for. This is about the fortune cookies. Which are considered a complimentary item at all Panda Express locations with the option to purchase more. Alright, so I just want to bring awareness to whoever is manufacturing the cookies to correct their job performance, because I ate two cookies and the Fortune paper inside both were torn. Now I don’t mind the missing or incomplete fortune, what I do mind is the worry that I possibly ate paper, which is not harmful, yet I don’t believe I need to worry about consuming paper by accident at a restaurant like Panda Express. So please, stop putting torn or ripped pieces of paper fortunes inside the fortune cookies.

I’ve been in the drive through for 30 min. Finally pull up to order and was ask to wait. Unfortunately I should have left before a line formed behind me. Fast food should not take this long at a drive through. It’s fast food, idk what issues they are having but someone please help this store. There cant be any leadership or pride with the service they’re providing.
