Called in a pickup order, tried to call back after placing the order 3x with no answer. Get to the Loft, there was no host/hostess to greet, so stood at the enterance for about 10 minutes while the bar tender looked over occasionally but didn’t greet me or address me at all, after us standing there for awhile she finally walks over and instead of greeting literally says “yeah?” Ummmm I’m sorry but that is no way to greet customers who have literally been waiting for help. Where is the customer care that used to be very present here?! The restaurant itself is beautiful, and was nicely decorated for Christmas. The food ordered was a simple kid’ hotdog meal and a cheese pizza. Wish the price and pictures of the items were on the site as oh my were they OVERPRICED! $26 IN TOTAL, REALLY? That is utterly over priced for a child’ size pizza (which also was not apparent until after pickup). While the pizza was delicious the hotdog was over cooked. My toddler loved the fries though. Will not be returning.

I had a really disappointing experience at The Loft. The service was incredibly slow, and our table was ignored for long stretches of time while staff walked by without checking on us. We had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like water and utensils. When the food finally arrived, it wasn’t even warm. For the prices they charge, the level of service was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

Lost our reservation despite calling two times earlier in the week to confirm and receiving a confirming text from Kevin. Needless to say our friends who we brought there (that included a handicapped person ) were less than thrilled when we received no apology or table and had to leave. Scally’s was very accommodating and happy to have us!!! After many visits to the loft we will never be back. Too bad we are great winter customers

This was the second time I had eaten at The Loft restaurant – each time, the experience was excellent. I had Haddock Francaise, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Beforehand, we were served a salad and dinner roll. The dessert was warm apple crisp with whipped cream. The food was excellent, the service was great and It was a wonderful overall experience.

Held my parents 50th anniversary party here and had so much fun! Kathy went above and beyond to make it a special night. Both of my parents told me they had even more fun than they did at their wedding! I will definitely be returning for more events and to go dancing with friends.

You’ll find this gem inside the cove hotel. Had ordered the regular burger with fries, and it was pretty good. The restaurant itself is nice too, and their is karaoke nights. I put the service at three stars because one of my family members had allergies, and she ordered a burger. The directions were very simple, no cheese on the burger. The chef may be dyslexic because they put two peices of cheese on the burger! We had to take it back. The lady at the front was very cool and nice and got it fixed for us. I recommend this place! But be sure to check your food if you have allergies.

Been there twice and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The owners were very hands on, and Kevin went out of the way and bent backwards to accommodate quests and guggled the tables to fit. All the servers work very hard and hussled everywhere. Maybe a bit overworked. the place was rocking busy. Plus good entertainment on the weekends. Price is very reasonable.

Got the vegetable risotto, which was described as having roasted red peppers, spinach, shallots and broccoli. It actually had fresh red peppers, zucchini, and yellow squash (and not much of the veggies). The rice was crunchy, and the portion was small. The creamy sauce was tasty, though I did not detect the truffle oil mentioned in the description. (Photo shows the takeout portion transferred into my own bowl.)

We went to listen to a performer. I had a beer and the table shared some fries. The entertainer was, i’ll say interesting. The music was a good mix of time frames. The temp in the room was far too hot, perhaps they were having a/c issues. The location is upstairs at a hotel/resort. If the entertainment was right, I would likely go again.

The food was great. I had the roasted half chicken. The white meat was juicy and tender. The loaded mashed potatoes were amazing. The service was great. The live music was entertaining but way too loud. It was so loud I was not able to talk to the people sitting next to me.
