Chipotle is usually solid, and the food still tastes good — fresh ingredients, decent flavor, and quick service. But this time they were really tight on the chicken. They literally used a very small cup to measure it out, and it felt like I got half a portion.
I don’t mind paying for quality, but if you’re charging full price, the portions should match. Still a decent meal, just wish they weren’t so stingy with the protein.

The food was enjoyable overall. The limited addition brisket was very overcooked, to the point of being dry and brittle. It is usually so tender and delicious! I’d just look at it to determine the cook before ordering it next time. The first employee was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The second seemed to be very distracted, in another world.

I had a great experience at Chipotle! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding. Tiffinni was extremely professional, polite, and made sure my order was perfect. She had a great attitude and really made the visit enjoyable. Customer service like hers makes a big difference — I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak and all the steak was burnt!! I asked for green sauce they put red.. the whole bowl taste burnt.. it’s not even eatable.. the steak is like burnt rocks!! This is unacceptable!!

Based on the review I see I figured I was walking into a bad situation but I’m wondering if they haven’t turned a corner because this is top 3 of the cleanest Chipotles I’ve been to and I’ve been to at least 15 different Chipotle restaurants across Metro Atlanta. The server was super cordial and accommodating. I told the lady behind the register (I assume was the manager) that it’s maybe one of the cleanest Chipotles I’ve been too and she seemed taken aback but smiled with a sense of pride and asked if I would leave a review. So again, I was taken aback by the low reviews but I think maybe there is a concerted effort to turn the experience around so I say kudos and we’ll done.

This was one of the weirdest and most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with fast food.
My wife and I placed our order online and waited about 20 minutes until the app said it was ready. Waited in line for quite a while, got to the window and the worker said they “lost” our order and had us repeat most of it.
She then came back to the window very annoyed and asked my wife if she would take steak instead of chicken, because, as she said, “the guy in here is taking too long to cut chicken”….
We then waited quite a while for our food to come out, and a lot of the order was not what we asked for. Zero corn salsa, even though we ordered and for extra, and uncooked rice. When she forgot our drinks, we just decided it wasn’t worth it.
The whole time the lady serving us just seemed annoyed that we were there and did not care what was happening at all or how long we had to wait. She wasn’t necessarily rude, just… Just a really weird and disappointing visit
Edit: also my burrito was half naked when I pulled it out of the bag

Food was great and service was decent enough, the only issue I had was while eating the cook went outside and moved his scooter inside with his gloves on and then went back to work in those same gloves. I was thankful this happened after I was finishing up eating!

My wife and I come in every Sunday to beat the church people. Every one is always friendly and the food has never tasted stale or not fresh. I just felt like recognition is deserved. We will continue to come in and look forward to eat every Sunday.

Honestly I can’t put a total 1 or 0 star review because of the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant, but when it comes to the service that we get from specific people it drives me crazy.
We don’t come to this location often, but when we do the food is always good and fresh, the restraunt is usually very clean, but one lady in particular when we catch her on shift is always rushing us down the line and never fully listens or pays attention to our order.
She is blond with tatoos and peircings and she is always rushing and never listening to the orders fully. We always ask for a tortilla INSIDE our bowls NOT THE SIDE! and I do not like corn, yet she always puts corn in BOTH bowls when we specifically say only the one, and one time she put the red salsa in both bowls as well and I personally have a bad acid reflux and can’t always have spice like that.
My fiancé keeps telling me not to make a deal out of it when this happens, because “we don’t come here often” but I am tired of the lack of customer care in this location every time we do come here.
