The food is absolutely bomb—we’re loyal customers who always order the burrito. However, we consistently face one frustrating issue: they are incredibly skimpy with the condiments.
We specifically ordered two burritos and asked for extra hot sauce, but only received one tiny container of each. This happens every time, along with them being stingy with the limes. They really need to take a page from La Estrella’s book and be more generous. Their ‘taqueleros’ hot sauce is incredible, but they act like it’s a limited, precious resource! For the price of the meal, it’s disappointing to have to ration a flavor that makes the dish so special

We tried the asada tacos and nachos tonight. The meat was good with good flavor. The Salsas were also good. The nachos were missing the beans and 2 of the tacos tortillas were slightly soggy. We will be going back to try the shrimp tacos and tortas.

We tried this food truck and absolutely loved it. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito, and it was so good. The fries inside the burrito give it a crunchy, unique touch that I really enjoyed. My favorite part was definitely the green salsa, super flavorful and tasty!
My boyfriend got the shrimp burrito, and he loved it too. The portions are great, and everything tastes fresh and well-made.

First off, its about time Manteca has some actual taqueria competition! I purchased food sight unseen while i was at work, Ive never been here before and didn’t know it was a taco truck. WOW! amazing food! I ordered 4 keto tacos al pastor, and a chicken burrito bowl.
I only ate 2 tacos cuz i was legit so full. Saved other items for coworkers. The tacos had so much flavor, each item was seasoned adequately, the salsa was great, veggies fresh and grilled veggies were cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back again.

This has been our go to spot for tacos and birria since they got here in Manteca. We go at least 2-3 times a week. Food is always so good and fresh. Estrella is so nice and provides great customer service. She even brought me my order to my car when it was so cold outside. She addresses you by your name and is always smiling. She really goes above and beyond.
