Really good food and good service. Enjoyed the enchiladas and the vegetarian options were nice and my family said it was good too

The atmosphere is nice, and it’s in a quiet retail center in south Mercer Island, so the location is decent. However, for the price of the food, the quality and taste should be much better. I paid $29 for cheese enchiladas with extra rice, and that did not include the tip. The rice was completely plain, no flavor, no veggies, nothing special at all. The charra beans seemed like they just opened a can of pinto beans and did nothing else… again, no flavor. The chips were stale. The enchiladas were ok, but again… NOT worth the cost. The service was friendly, no issues there. Just don’t go here if you want good Mexican food at a reasonable price.

We popped over to Mercer Island for dinner to get out of town for a bit (we live in Newcastle) and we were very pleased! I had the seafood enchiladas and they were delicious! Food came out quickly, family friendly and comfortable atmosphere and everyone was very nice! Can’t wait to come back!

This family restaurant on otherwise quiet south end of Mercer Island is a local gem. Juan, Erika, and their daughter Jennifer are friendly with regulars and newcomers alike. It’s my favorite place to go and watch the game and have a drink.

Visited Riviera Maya while in the area and had a nice meal. Wasn’t blown away by any dish, but chips were tasty and the queso was well above average. In particular my margarita was quite good, but my tacos al carbon fell apart unfortunately.

I went for dinner after I was told it was “the best Mexican food” I’ve ever had. I took it with a grain of salt as I’m from Texas and this is Washington. Over all the food was ok. Very onion forward leaving behind a strong flavor and smell in my car with the left overs. It wasn’t bad but price doesn’t equal product. If I go again it will be for happy hour. The bar area looks like fun.

Fantastic family atmosphere and great place to catch the game with friends, I never have a complaint when I come here. Prices are a bit higher than North Seattle where I live but pretty standard for Mercer island in general.

Love this little gem of a spot in the midst of residential quiet on Mercer Island. Great service and the food is fresh and full of flavor. Several vegan options!

I ordered the fish tacos. Everything was great…the fish was cooked to perfection. Beans and rice also came with the meal. The beans/rice was not overcooked and the portions was well worth the money.

I like Eating outdoors on any northwest evening warm enough and it was a nice evening so it was. The service team there made sure I was well attended to lead by the work ethic of the owner who was pitching in as they may have been very busy inside or shorthanded. The seafood fajitas were fresh and delicious. Authentic Mexican dishes. Ice cold Mac&Jack, Great menu, a winner!
