Worse food prep ever. I just wanted a wrap and this is what I got. I ordered online and they didn’t start my food until 5 minutes after the pickup time. It was four guys working that didn’t seem to know what they were doing, with slow service and a line of people building up. Working in fast food myself, this is bad training.

I don’t know if the oven is malfunctioning or if some employees just don’t know how long to toast sandwiches for, but most of the time it will be almost cold only a few minutes after purchase, and a slightly warm sub is so much worse than a hot or a cold one. Also, the veggies usually don’t look great in the evening.

We ordered 2 six inch subs The young man was very friendly and helpful but got very sick from meatball sub. I probably should have gone to emergency room but decided to just stay in bed. It last 4 to 5 days. They need to watch temperature of the meatballs better. Will not order that again

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the dining area was. The people working here are really on top of keeping it clean. I’ve seen so many other places where the people working don’t clean especially young people. The food was great.

Stopped in for a sandwich with my son. The gentleman that took our order was friendly. It wasn’t busy inside, but they had orders coming in.
We ordered chicken bacon ranch, and mine was toasted on Italian bread, but it seemed kinda dry compared to others that I had, but still good. We will probably stop in again when in the area.
