I usually order from Domino’s but tonight tried Pizza Hut. It was HORRIBLE. So I left a negative review. I thought about it, and asked myself why I have not supported Dominos on review – since they are the place I order from the most. Thank you Dominos for always delivering quickly and tasting good. 🙂 I will never stray again.

My family and I have had a series of great experiences with this location over the past approximately two years.
The tougher economy forces us to limit our meals out but the great Domino’s coupon deals available on the app make it work!
We placed an online order today while already out and drove over to pick it up. It was ready almost ten minutes earlier than estimated on the app. Josh was friendly and provided pleasant and speedy service while simultaneously making other pizzas. He appears to enjoy his work and takes pride in his store’s accomplishments.
Our orders are consistently accurate and we enjoy the recipes. The toppings are tasty and seem to be of good quality. Many of the other big-box competitors have changed their recipes and the results are underwhelming for the prices. Couple that with the fact that (in our experience) many local competitors are not consistent in quality and accuracy so Dominoes just comes out on top.
While it is often less expensive to pickup, we sometimes still order delivery and find the drivers to be rather quick and very friendly.
Many businesses in the fast-food industry have lately struggled with quality and personnel issues, but this particular Dominoes does it right.

For the second time now we’ve received orders over an hour late, cold, and soggy. The business we order for is literally two minutes up the feeder from the store. So instead of accepting a free pizza, I called and NICELY asked for my money back, because we do not plan on dealing with this again. I also work with customers daily and understand that things happen. The employee instantly had an attitude with me about it, which I would understand if I called raising hell, but I didn’t. He then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him why I needed a refund. Short on staff or not, when something needs to be made right, there is no reason to act like a child about it. Have your driver look at a map before driving across town before delivering to a customer two minutes up the feeder. Common sense.

We order from here often. I always order online and up till today I’ve for the most part have gotten great service! Drivers always very nice and respectable! I ordered online tonight and didn’t get my normal email that shows the progress of my order. So after a while I called because I live in a gated area and like to make sure I’m up front so the drivers do not have to wait on me to come open the gates for them. Well when I called I got a very rude girl who answered the phone. Didn’t really let me explain that I was just trying to find out when I should head to the gate but told me delivery has been an hour behind and my driver was heading there. Again tried to let her know I wasn’t complaining just didn’t want them to have to wait on me but before I could she hung up on me! Come to find out it is their district manager Patricia! Maybe Domino’s should rethink who the hire as district managers! She is setting a very poor example for the stores she is in charge of!!!
Also I paid for an extra marina sauce and also a 2 liter root beer. I got one marina and a 20 oz drink

Omg I cannot recommend going to this dominos enough I don’t even live in baytown, but I make the drive because of the quality that this dominos brings. My favorite employee Dominic is such a sweet heart, and definitely knows his way around customer service. I have never had a problem with the service, or quality of the food here.

We ordered two pizzas for pickup; I received a message saying the pizza would be ready between 5:05 to 5:15pm. My husband arrived at 5:05 but had to wait till 5:30 for the pizza to be ready (the app had said my pizza was being made before 5pm). I had called to confirm that my pizza would not be burned since I had a thin crust and my husband had a regular crust.
Online I ordered extra sauce for the regular pizza (pizza was DRY). The thin crust pizza was overcooked dry (and made wrong) and hard on the bottom. I like to eat pizza as leftovers but this will not be happening since this pizza is overcooked and under sauced. The pizza at the Dayton location is always good when I pick it up-but I would pass on this location. This location wasted our time and $.
