This chipotle is absolutely horrible. Anyone that frequents Chipotle knows that in the morning hours they use the old meats from the day before yesterday December 26 I went around 1 PM and they still had the old meats from the day before. Except on Christmas Day (the day before) the restaurant wasn’t open. So basically they were serving 48 hour old meats. And the girl managing, I think her name is Monica, was extremely rude yesterday and always. Also why is there no cups of water at this chipotle like every other location in the US?

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle fan for years, but my recent experience at the Lenox Square Mall location was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual chicken bowl and got about half the chicken portion I’m used to. When I asked for a little more, I was told I’d have to pay an extra $3-4 just for the standard portion. On top of that, the employee serving the protein was incredibly rude. I greeted her with a simple “hi,” and she didn’t respond at all, making the interaction feel very cold. In contrast, the second employee who was serving the sauces and sour cream was friendly and greeted me back with a smile. It really highlighted the difference in customer service. This experience was a letdown, and I hope they make some improvements.

Subject: Urgent Customer Service Issue at Chipotle Lenox Mall

I recently visited the Chipotle at Lenox Mall (3393 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30326) and had a very unpleasant experience. Upon opening my bowl, I discovered a hair in my food. When I went back to address the issue, the employee at the register responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of apologizing, she insinuated the hair could be mine and claimed no one with black hair was serving.

I requested a refund, as I no longer wanted to eat there, but she refused and offered only to replace the bowl. She then rudely moved on to the next customer without addressing my concerns properly. This is not how customers should be treated when they have a legitimate complaint, and it’s especially disappointing as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location.

I urge Chipotle to take this matter seriously and ensure no other customer has to go through such a disrespectful experience.

Got a bowl at the Chipotle in Lenox Mall. The guy filled it up to the brim at least! However, the chicken was burnt and flavorless, and the brown rice was crunchy as if it were the last bits (it wasn’t). They don’t have their hours posted, but they close later past 7pm. They gave our meals in a brown bag with napkins and utensils. Sauce bottles on the side were kinda sticky and not clean.

The worst customer service our of any place ive been to. Worst portions. Of rhat wasnt the only veggie option in the food court i would never go there. Terrible. Id think protein portions are cheap but check the veggie and bean portion. Barely filled the spoon.

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle because of the great and efficient service! The men behind the counter were all very friendly and one in particular had an enthusiastic demeanor that really stood out to my party. The portions were also great, not extreme but just right! Keep up the great service, guys!

Grill not cleaned, burned taste.
I Don’t know what time you all open but Lenox Location made customers wait in food court until 11:07am to Oder food.

When I ordered my food, there was no sour cream, or vinaigrette available, I ordered, chicken bowl with double chicken, chips and guacamole, totaling $18.

When I finally sat down to eat, the chicken had an odd taste to it like it was burned, or the grill wasn’t cleaned properly. I ate a couple bites, finished the chips but could not finish chicken because taste was over powering and I began to feel ill.

On break I went back and asked for a refund or voucher just on the chicken brown not chips . Alyse had me open container and determined she was not given a refund or voucher .

In Alyse’s defense she offered another bowl, but with whatever was going on with the chicken I would have rather come back at another time not to mention missing condiments.

I just wish some empathy was shown, or she tasted the chicken .

They charge for chips when you order a queso. I had to pay $8 for queso and $4 for chips. I’ve never seen that from any Mexican restaurant. Idk if this is a franchise or corporate store, but y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ridiculous service. The staff is so arrogant no pleasing at all. They were charging me $1.20 for just one plain hard taco. I said to the cashier Daijah that I work here and have got it previously lot of time just 30 cents each. She denied with raised voice and very rudely. I asked need to talk to manager colleague next to her told me she is manager and than finally got to know that manager was Mr. Smith. He showed no attention and no concerns they also gave me a bag with broken handle. No receipt I had to go back for it. Bad bad bad

Tried the new plant based chorizo and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately they didn’t have it all that long. Always filling and good tasting food from Chipotle. Line usually moves quick at Lenox. And you can’t beat coke in a bottle!
