Got a large pizza it was cold. The dough was chewy pizza tasted like it had been setting for a while before they delivered. It just was not a good food experience from this location. This is three times. I had a problem with them so I think I’m done.

Put in a 5 pizza order at 10am for for pickup qt 3:45pm. They didn’t start it until I arrived. That’s kinda crazy for the time of day and the notice.

I moved in Swartz Creek a year ago. Ordered pizza from these guys a year. Never had an issue until I called up there tonight. Sept 28 2023 whoever the jerk working manager wise decided to argue with me because I wanted a refund over wrong toppings. It wasn’t even a big deal and then he started getting loud and yelling at me. Needless to say will never order pizza from here again. And I’ll definitely be watching my card because I don’t trust the manager. I’m sure he didn’t refund me my money. Who doesn’t eat meat on pizza? Like I said I ordered for a year. All I had to do was look back in my orders and see I’ve never done that before and he wanted to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered. I’m saying listen man you guys miss heard it’s OK I just need my money back especially after him yelling I don’t want them doing something weird to my food.

So far we have not had any problems with our orders, pick-ups, etc. Yummy pizzas. UPDATED 7/26/25… Used the app to place our order this time. They are still good, but the app wasn’t user friendly… I tried to remove the onions from the BBQ chicken pizza and it wouldn’t let me, so I had to put this in the notes, only to find out that they don’t see that part when they get the order… It only shows up AFTER they make it and it gets printed out! They apologized, and made a new one for us and they were very quick about it!! Thank you!

Recently I had left a post how my last 2 pizzas we’re made incorrectly and how dissatisfied I was with their service. Last night 11/13/24, I did go ahead and give them another try. Not the best or worst Hungry Howies, but still beats the worst of all Little Caesar’s that is located down the street. Quality really depends on the day and if they’re busy. Wish they were a little more consistent.

Major rush on a Friday at 6:30 pm. Blair and her team handled the situation with what seemed like ease and wonderful smiles. Blair herself was in the front being an exemple of a wonderful leader. Keeping calm, greeting customers with a smile and making sure most importantly to us that all our food was proper and served on time. GREAT job!
