I dont have to many problems here with the workers but everything else isn’t great. Today we actually had our order stolen. Thank gosh we didn’t prepay, because they apparently just walked up and grabbed it from the prepaid orders the workers told us. And they gave him a bit of a problem because obviously someone made the order but didn’t bother to check who was taking it (Proves they dont check anything) we had to wait for them to remake our entire order. Then my husband paid for us and our kids. That person got a good free meal. And There is always someone at the air pump. My husband and I waited 10 mins one time to use the air pump. And other people were waiting behind us. Put another air pump in if its so busy. And definitely CHECK RECEIPTS FOR FOOD!!!

I ordered an Italian club, tell me why when I opened it it was just tomatoes and bacon. Then when I asked for it to be remade the person at the counter tried to argue that I was wrong and they made it right, until I literally showed him there was nothing on it. This wawa is horrible. They consistently make things wrong. Every time. They have signature sandwiches that they don’t even make correctly. It literally says it on the screen. Pictured below are the same sandwiches, on separate occasions. I try to reach out to customer service, what an experience that has become. Do better wawa.

Ordered food for delivery. I was given someone else’s food. Used the Support option in the app and after 4 tries and speaking with a supervisor I was told to kick rocks. They’re going to refund me in 12 days and I don’t have the money to spend on reordering food so I don’t get to eat tonight. Wawa support sucks and I’m glad they put a Royal Farms up right down the road.

I’ve been a customer of this WaWa since it was first built! It’s definitely had its ups and downs like any other store but I prefer this WaWa. The food is always good and the cashiers are always so nice. We always get the Meatball Parm it’s our favorite. We decided to try the Pizza and the Loaded Buffalo chicken fries. I wouldn’t get the Pizza again, it kinda reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese pizza. But we would definitely order the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries. Thanks WaWa! ❤️
