Stopped in on a rainy day and had the coziest most delicious meal ever. The woman helping us was the sweetest lady as well as funny and helped us decide. We got the the kimchi stew with tofu and pork belly as well as the spicy marinated crab. The portion of food matched the price, fed the two of and we have plenty of leftovers! Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try. Will be back asap!

We were checking out some neighborhoods in the area and I had an intense craving for Korean food, so we looked up good Korean restaurants nearby and decided to try this place. I really enjoyed the mussel soup; it’s so comforting. We also got kimchi pancake, spam kimbap, tteokbokki. Everything was delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive; she noticed we had finished the potato side dish and asked if we wanted more (we did!). The owner also came by to say hi and see if we liked our food. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be back!

Came from Washington state and was wanting to look for some good Korean food. Saw this and had to give this place a try and definitely ABSOLUTELY did not disappoint. Oh god the food is so good. Spicy raw marinated crab was good and fresh. Personally I didn’t think it was spicy but still good and flavorful. Beef bulgogi was perfectly tender and as my husband said “top tier” . We also got kimchi fried rice and steamed egg. The steamed egg was nice and fluffy. Fulfilling and impressive. Whatever you do please add cheese to the fried rice because that takes it to another delicious level We got greeted and taken to a table and from there Mia took great care of us! Her service was attentive, amazing, quick and sweet.
This is now our go to spot for visiting Oregon and if you live locally/visiting around you neeeeed to come and try this place!

I may not have had a Korean family, but they made me feel like part of theirs, and they ain’t holding back on the food.
Seriously, this is one of the coziest Korean restaurants I’ve been to. Friendly staff, excellent appetizers, portions bordering on “family size” and savory meats, particularly the ribs and Bulgogi. Worth checking them out.

We went on my spouse’s birthday and ordered the chicken fried rice and fried chicken. We also ordered the fish but I couldn’t eat it due to it being smelly. They were really nice to take it back and not charge for it. I will come back again to try more stuff.

My first time at a Korean restaurant that wasn’t barbecue focused. The menu is easy to look over, the staff answered my questions, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the banchan and I loved that they had mackerel so I’m easy to please on that front.
I’d like to come back and try some other dishes.

Very yummyful! The beef short ribs were the best! Highly recommend as a single person dish. The grilled mackerel was not grilled at all. It was fried and not de-boned. The beef bone soup was also good and flavored perfectly. The service was a typical 3-star service. Knowing the grilled mackerel was with bones, they did not provide a separate plate for the bone. The lower or the sunken room was cold!

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim looking for other korean food options in Beaverton. Obviously there are quite a few but we wanted to try a new place. This restaurant didn’t disappoint as the taste, service, and price were all great. I felt that we had great value on the army stew and kimchi pajeon. They do not shy away from refilling your banchan and the flavors are very authentic and homey. Would come again

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it never disappoints! The service always goes above and beyond, they truly make you feel like family here. It’s always clean with cute decor and fun kpop playing in the background. Most importantly, the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious which allows me to try different things on the menu knowing it’s all going to be great! Highly recommend!!

I came here to eat Sangetang while staying in Oregon. And I ordered kimchi pancakes and kimbap. Sangetang warmed up my tired body and gave me energy. The kimchi pancakes tasted good, crispy, and delicious. The staff at the store were very kind and very good service. I will be back again.
