Alright y’all in Louisville/Jefferson, IN you have got to check out 812 nutrition! I’m was in town picking up a dress and I was starving. I know I usually love protein shakes from similar places, but this isn’t your average shake place the menu is more expansive & delicious. The energy teas have a wonderful twist including boba, I choose the cherry lemonade and it was delicious. I also ordered a protein bowl, blue berry muffin & added toppings of granola, almonds, and chocolate.. it is heavenly. I think I prefer it over a shake with its 24 grams of protein!
The hospitality of the owner, Noemi, was so kind and I just can’t believe I stumbled upon such a wonderful place. I could tell she truly loves her business. She truly made my day & im so glad I stopped in.

Nice people, the bowl was 2 stars good with the protein powder adding a weird texture to the bowl I wasn’t a fan of. MLM scam… a blender and some açaí berries and I could do this at home for a fraction of the cost.

The protein shakes are delicious! They gave us a free sample of grape green tea and wow it was refreshing!! The friendliest people are running this place. I wish they were open late so I can get a shake after workout, but wow I can’t wait to go back!!

Love this place! They have a healthy version of teas and shakes. I am a diabetic ( type 1) and they have a lot to choose from that taste awesome and doesn’t have a lot of sugar. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend checking it out.
