Usually never leave reviews but had to leave one for this restaurant. I placed an order on DoorDash. waited 45 minutes for my food to come but it kept saying being prepared on DoorDash. Called the restaurant to ask for an eta. Told me the food was delivered over 20 minutes ago, even though they gave me no notification for delivery nor did they ring the door bell to tell me it arrived. It was on the floor outside for 20+ minutes, cold, hard, and inedible because there were now ants on it. called the restaurant back and told them I was going to ask DoorDash for a refund because it’s on them to notify me that my food was delivered, they apologized and told me they’d still make my food again and deliver it. Waited another 45 minutes because that’s how long they said it would take. In the meantime, I also filed a refund claim on DoorDash like I said I would. After 45 minutes, I called the restaurant to ask for an eta and they said “we assumed you didn’t want your food anymore because you asked for a refund.” Told her that I specifically said on call that i was going to file a refund and u still offered to make/deliver my food again after knowing I was going to ask for a refund. I was completely fine with not receiving a remake, however if you’re going to say that you will deliver new food then actually follow through with that so that I’m not wasting my time waiting. Lady was extremely rude and going back on her own words AND told me there was no point in calling and complaining because they weren’t going to “give me free food” and they were not going to “waste their driver’s gas money.” Also they tried to lie and say that they actually did ring the door bell even though they didn’t because I was the one sitting by the door for over 45 minutes AND lied that they have no control over when DoorDash says “delivered” even though the restaurant delivers their own food, not a DoorDash driver….Got my refund but very bad customer service.

I truly want to take a moment to thank the owner for personally responding to my review and making things right. Although my initial order wasn’t correct and I was disappointed, the way the situation was handled speaks volumes about the level of care and integrity behind this business.

This pizza spot is amazing. They have a big variety of beer on tap and craft beers. The employees are all very nice and welcoming. The food is delicious and priced just right. There is plenty of seating inside and they can accommodate for big parties. They also have some outdoor seating as well. There is a TouchTunes juke box inside that you can request music through an app on your phone. There is also a pool table. There is a bar with bar seating and plenty of TV screens to watch games.

The pizza here is really good, probably the best in Riverside. The staff is extra friendly, plenty of parking and the beer is priced accordingly. There’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy your pizza, and beer. A few arcade games and darts, so you can enjoy with family and/or friends. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of parking.

The pizza wasn’t good, it tasted like frozen pizza, and service wasn’t good either. They took a very long time to give us our food. They served customers who came in after us first! And when we finally got our food…they forgot my drink! Came back in to get it, gave us small size, they charged us large. 🙁
