I ordered delivery from this location and they gave me two of the same Howie subs even though I ordered two different ones which really ruined my meal because I was not wanting that. And then they packaged the garlic sauce on top of my children’s pizza so there was circles in the cheese. I don’t know who touched those or where they came from. They should never put them on top of food. When I tried to call and tell them of my complaint, nobody answered the phone. Terrible service. Do not recommend. Will not return.

Absolutely beyond pissed. Ordered delivery after just getting back from long travel just for the delivery people to leave my food on the ground outside without knocking or ringing the door bell. My food was so full of ants! And to top it off the MANAGER said the best he can do is offer me a refund. Pissed! Thanks a lot for no dinner and a mess to clean up!

I decided to try out their new Chicken and Waffle pizza, it was advertised to come with syrup and a maple-style crust with chicken and waffle pieces. It did not come with the syrup or crust topping, just cheese, chicken and waffle bits. Kinda missed the whole point of the pie, its a pizza I could’ve made drunk, and I paid 22 bucks for it. Whatever, I’m hungry and it seems incompetency is the norm for restaurants around here.

This was hands down the most disgusting and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with any pizza delivery company.
I placed an order totaling $130. When my order was delivered, I immediately noticed two missing items: a 2-liter Mountain Dew and an order of wings. I called the store to report it, only to be told they couldn’t redeliver the missing items because they were “about to close in 30 minutes.”
As I tried to explain my frustration, I was hung up on.
I called back to ask how the issue would be resolved and was told, “You’ll get a refund,” followed by another hang-up. No apology. No explanation. Nothing.
Then the next morning—July 7—I wake up to find that instead of being refunded, I was charged an additional $116. My bank confirmed this was a real charge, not a pending transaction or refund adjustment.
I called the store again and spoke with Chris, who said the manager would call me back. After waiting 30 minutes with no call, I called again and was met with a sarcastic, dismissive attitude that made things even worse.
At no point was I rude, used profanity, or yelled. I was understandably upset, but remained respectful. Yet I’ve received no refund, no resolution, and no apology—just more hang-ups and disrespect.
If this is how the manager behaves, it’s no wonder the staff acts the same way. There is zero customer service, accountability, or care at this location.
I will never order from here again and strongly recommend others do the same. The way this entire situation was handled is appalling.

The location was unfortunately very unclean, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable. Although the associate assisting me was friendly and polite, his clothing appeared extremely dirty, which further affected my impression of the place. It was difficult to enjoy my meal due to the overall lack of cleanliness. I won’t be going back.

Would be 0 if possible. My nephew placed an order around 9:00PM pm Monday 5/26. Order was to be delivered within 45 minutes. Tracking function disappeared from computer screen. At 10:45 pm no delivery. Called store, but it has closed at 10:00PM and no voicemail available. Wrote a “review” on the Hungry Howie’s website, no replies. Called store and waited for over 8 minutes on hold before someone answered. Gentleman answering could provide not information about the order, except that their deliveries were made by Door Dash and that I would need to contact Door Dash. I asked for Door Dash’s number but was told he didn’t know it adding that the deliveries were placed by them online. It was a very expensive order and he is apparently out the money, as this company has no desire to investigate or make matters right.

Overall great experience friendly staff greeted me with a smile. Clean lobby. Easy and fast ordering. Got my food hot and ready and correct. Pizza and breadsticks were hot and crispy. Will definitely order here again :). 5 out of 5!
