We have been going to this location for years, and I’ve never had any problems. However, when my 15 year old son went to order on his own, he received terrible service.
He ordered a chicken bowl, and was given just enough food to barely cover the bottom of the bowl. When he came back to the car, I really thought they just made a mistake, so I went back in to see if we could get some help.
When I went in, I asked the manager why the portions were so small and she told me that he ordered the nine dollar meal as opposed to the $10.85 meal and that’s why the portions were different.
She told me that with the nine dollar meal you get one small scoop of chicken. So I asked her how many scoops you would get in the $10.85 bowl, and she told me that you would still get the same amount of chicken.
What a joke. They could’ve made this right in so many different ways but she refused to do anything to help.
On our way out, another customer stopped us and said that he was even surprised at how small the portion was..
Chipotle, you need to do better than this garbage meal and terrible service.

was here on a Friday night, bad crew, no rice waited and was undercooked, they tried to put the old rice on top of the fresh one, told the manager their rice was under cooked and did not care at all! All he said was “Okay” what kind of manager is that?! Not even tried to make it right…. Ppl who don’t like the kitchen shouldn’t work in food establishments.

I came in at 9:10 waited in line for 20 minutes while one single person served everyone in line. By the time I came up the counters were disgusting and half of the salsas were made incorrectly or missing ingredients. Everyone else was in the back closing and cleaning, finally when I went up to be served I was told that they were out of both chips and guac very rudely by a girl named Faith. I did get her name because the way she was treating not only me, but other customers just standing in line was atrocious. Yelling and screaming for no good reason at people simply waiting by the door, with over 40 minutes before closing, they should be prepared for the late night crowd. Disgusted.

Waited over an hour for our order ( 2 burritos ) to be “picked up” only to have the store cancel the order… we could have gone somewhere else to eat, sat down and enjoyed a meal in the time it took to cancel our order. Chipotle rewards points were taken for an order we never got.

Another day, another order lacking what has been paid for.
Bought 2 burritos yesterday for delivery. One with a little extra. One with double everything.
Instead I end up with pretty much nothing but rice in the burrito with double everything. I compared them and thought they looked okay until I actually ate the second one with double portions. I already have contacted management, again, and will continue to get free food as long as these people can’t do their job.

WOW! I come here all the time with my husband and have never had the service we’ve had at a chipotle. Everyone was professional and nice. The food was fresh and delicious and the floors and tables were nice and clean! The staff on duty absolutely killed it tonight!
