Where do I start? This place was absolute heaven. From the staff, to the ambiance, to the service & food. Never had quite a Waffle House experience quite like this one. The staff was super kind, fast & took care of all our needs. The food was out quick & was so dang delicious. Wanna talk about how clean it was? I would have eaten off the floor of the men’s bathroom. All around an amazing experience, we live near multiple locations but will be taking the extra 30 min drive just to come here. Thanks again!

We usually love Carencro location.. friendly faces and great service. However, the last 2 visits have been HORRIBLE! Went 3 weeks ago and took almost 5 minutes to get someone to speak to us ( only ones there). We ordered coffee, then the girl walked away to go do other things and talk. I reminded her about the coffee and she had to go start a pot. Which she took her another couple of minutes to go even start it. So we walked out.
Went a couple nights ago (1 other person there). The cook was very not wanting to be there and made it known! The waitress was nice and attentive. The cook wasn’t even attentive towards the waitresses. He just made ugly faces and acted like we were taking his time from him.
We will drive elsewhere for now on.

I wish I would’ve gotten their names but the cook and the waitress were awesome. The food definitely hit the spot. First time in years that I’ve eaten inside only cuz I lived in Texas for so long and there’s no Waffle Houses in San Antonio. I wish I could go back home and get back in bed. Thats how good it was.

Carrissa is the rudest worker i’ve ever encountered. I walked in to get good food and she screamed at me and told me to take my cup out. I literally had water in the cup why does she have to scream at me?? food was good other than that why does everyone have to be so mad. Carrissa is so rude. SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE. PERIOD!!!!!! unacceptable for a waffle house location that i go to often

We are from Texas but were staying in Carencro to go to the Festivals Acadians et Creoles at Gerard Park. We stopped in Saturday the 11th of October before heading to the festival. We had an awesome breakfast, great service and good hot food and coffee ☕ Our server was Victor and he was very attentive and quite funny. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and smiling. So we stopped by again this morning and we got Victor again. One more time he was great, we really enjoyed visiting with him and he’s a great guy. Again the food was hot, delicious and the coffee is always good. Thank you Victor for an amazing job ♥️

Decided to go Waffle House last night on 10/12 and was trying to place my order for pick up over the phone. Called 6 times, 2 times they picked up the phone and hung it up. Ended up just going and placing my order in the restaurant. They were somewhat busy, I wouldn’t say jam packed. As I was standing to place my order. Waited 10 minutes to try and place an order, I noticed the phone was off the hook. I guess this was to not hear the phone ringing. And the cordless phone was in the back because a lady worker came in and got it from the back and put it on the counter in the front. This is absolutely uncalled for and disrespectful. This is happening at this restaurant with an assistant store manager on duty?? Like that’s very uncalled for and I’m pretty sure that restaurant lost out on some money last night because of it. Do better.

When Lafayette was shut down, the Waffle House was open. When staff couldn’t make it to work, many volunteered to stay in hotels near the restaurant. Then leadership stepped up to fill the gaps. You guys were literally a life saver as I was trapped in the city due to road closures with no way to make food due to water boil order. Thank you for great service with a smile. Debbie & Phuong killing it.
