I never thought I would be writing a Google review for a Subway store, but I had the most fantastic experience last night at this Subway restaurant. I had placed a mobile order (just because that is the only way to take advantage of promo codes now, it seems!), and I walked into the store about 30 seconds later, knowing I might have to wait a few minutes. The two staff members behind the counter, Michael and Holly, were already working on my order — and while I waited (for all of about two minutes!), I saw Michael carefully checking all the ingredients and making the perfect sandwich. Both employees were outstandingly professional and made engaging conversation, so much so that I stood there for a few minutes afterwards to chat about the upcoming holidays, even after my sandwich has been made. These two are incredibly kind humans, which seems to be increasingly rare in today’s culture, especially in retail/food service jobs like ones at Subway. Whoever trained these two in customer service should know their “students” are doing a great job! Thanks to Michael and Holly for a great sandwich and amazing experience!

Probably my worst experience at a subway. I ordered online and many common ingredients were unavailable. The ingredients that were on my sandwich did not seem fresh, especially the spinach. It was very wilted. It was also more expensive than other Subways nearby.
The woman working there (all by herself) had fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful. And my meal was ready before the app said it would be.

Its 9:30 pm the front door says this location is open till 10pm . I raced up there to get dinner and the lady cleaning had the doors locked saying they were closed. Change your hours in your door and information on your website that says your hours of passion

I was in here at 7:30 today and the gentleman behind the counter was busy with a mobile order. I watched him grab every item and triple check the mobile order was correct. When he got to me he made me the best subway sandwich I’ve had in years. Perfect build exactly the way I asked for. 10/10 five that man a raise!

I ordered UberEats and got a footlong. When I got my food, I got the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen. There was approximately 2 slices of meat. Each “6 inch” piece was the size of a tiny granola bar. I’m extremely unhappy.

Clean place, but service not good.
No worker up front, after 5min he came out. Started helping with the orders, he’s trying to catch up with his works, seems really busy doing something else. Then he kept asking what sandwich we like, after we already told him our orders. He proceeded on doing the orders, we ask for meatball sandwich, he said it’s out of stock, but there’s meatballs on the counter.. he seems really busy doing his works, but we’re the only two customers in the store.
Finish making our orders after 10min.

Maybe he just have a bad day on a slow day..
Might need more practice n training.
