The wait was extreme the customer service was horrible. The lobby was full of people and no body was attending to any customers. We had to yell to the back of the store to get help. When I finally got the pizza home it was cold hard and tasted of chemicals like hand sanitizer. We couldn’t even eat it.

I ordered pizza online for carryout today. The pizza was cooked well not burned, and the order was correct. This was my first good experience at a pizza hut in Vegas. Normally something is wrong, the pizza, is burned, they forget the sauce or something. This time it was a 9/10. The front desk person could be a little more friendly and say hello or thank you though.

Don’t get me wrong, they use to have good service. When I ordered pizza with extra sause they use to actually put extra sause on it. Now it seems like it’s a pre based pizza they grab from the back pre cheesed and everything. They put no good work into their pizzas and don’t give you what you ask. My friends ordered a pizza and at first they didn’t make it half and half. It was more like 2 and a half slices of one kind and 5 and a half of the other. Then they call and complain about it and they send us another one back but it’s like two different size pizzas together.
