I ordered a medium pizza with light sauce, 3 cheese blend, Philly steak, bacon, onions and mushrooms, WELL DONE. And boneless honey chipotle wings. Spent $30.88
The wings are soggy and with very little sauce.
The pizza is definitely not well done, the steak looks like and tastes like regular ground beef. The toppings were just thrown up there on one spot instead of being spread over the pizza kind of evenly and I don’t really see or taste the three cheese blend. I also got a tiny little dry pepper.
The delivery person was great though.
Probably won’t order from there again

This pizza was beyond yummy!!! I haven’t had Papa John’s in awhile (because I used to work there and it got redundant). But this pizza, through and through was delicious! The driver was also super kind and I found the app to order it very easy to maneuver.

It’s so close to my house, I wish this location was worth a crap. Pizza constantly gets delivered wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong crust, wrong cut; it’s always some new snafu. They regularly don’t bring the sauces and extras that you order and half the time, their website is so glitchy, it’s hard to be confident you even ordered what you intended to.
LITERALLY go to Little Caesar’s. If you are going to eat bad pizza, it might as well be cheap. Oh, and don’t forget the 40% delivery fee so they can bring you the wrong order.
I’m done paying $35 for a pizza that isn’t done right.
Three. Ring. Circus.
Just my opinion though, gamble with your own money.

We don’t usually have a problem but they came out 2 times and my topping were more on the side of the pizza then on top of it teach your drivers to hold you heat bag straight when taking them out of the heat bag and hand them straight

See attached photo. I wound up getting a full refund from the district manager, but not before getting terrible service and a shift manager who avoided any responsibility. My pizza had 2 large circles completely void of cheese sauce or toppings. It was made wrong, cut while clearly wrong, boxed while visibly wrong, and handed to me with a smile on their face and eminem blaring over their speakers in the cooking area. When I called, the “manager” named stephen refused to give me any contact information for his leadership, and so I had to file an official complaint to get a response. Both locations in Jacksonville are terrible. I went to Piney Green for pickup that day because the other location takes over an hour to deliver despite my house being less than 3 miles from them. Dominos has my order here in 20-25 minutes most times. I love, or at least used to love papa johns pizza, but without having a reliable location in the city or any leadership to get them under control, I will have to order elsewhere.

Will change review depending on how this handled. We just received a pizza that is undercooked with the dough still being raw. Called the location and was greeted with proper customer service, was told I will have to call back because the manager is on break, depending on how we are treated, this review may be changed. Ive ordered from here in the past and appreciate their service. Hoping to have a good outcome.

Pizza maker dumped cheese on my pizza making it inedible. Called manager response was,”Sorry, the pizza maker is new.” No offer to remake, just sucks to be me. The cookie was burnt. Gonna talk to a real manager in the daytime.

When ANYONE calls and already knows what they want, it is bothersome to have whomever is on the phone taking the order to keep mentioning other options or choices such as extra drinks and add-ons.
Stick to the conversation and allow whomever is ordering to completely finish saying what they want and simply confirm what they said WITHOUT instantly asking about other things.
Also, $34 for two large pizzas is robbery!!!!!
Half pepperoni thin crust and a mushroom and ham pizza being PICKED UP shouldn’t be more than $25 period.
This will be my last time eating Papa John’s as long as I live.
Too many other options out there to have a stressful ordering experience
