Very yummy ice cream and the strawberries were fresh and not that nasty frozen syrup stuff. Deep fried pickles were on point and the batter was good and stayed on. That’s a plus for me lol. But very good place to stop if your in the area or just go for a cruise and stop and check them out.

Ice cream is already excessively melting when they hand it to you. Filled so full that you’ll literally need ten napkins just to clean up melting ice cream before being able to hold onto it. Really need to work on their presentation, for one, and customer’s ability to eat the ice cream without needing a change of clothes. Bigger cups or don’t fill them overflowing with melting ice cream.

Excellent, quick service from very friendly and competent staff. The ice cream and cheese curds were perfectly prepared. The building is well kept and clean. The bathroom is one of the cleanest public restrooms I have used and it is very nicely decorated. Thank you!

Update – 6/13/23: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Are we allowed to give an extra star? Diane’s has always been a favorite, but in the past couple years the new owners have made it even better – with a number of improvements to the exterior, more tables & benches, and expanded menu options. The ice cream is still just as tasty as ever! The employees and management are still top notch too. Glad to have this gem in the community.

Great place to take the kids for a treat on a warm summer day. I always make sure to stop by a couple more times before they close for the season. They even have a few hot food options if you’re in need of lunch.

Got a Nueskes bacon cheeseburgerr, for the first time. In the past, only have tried ice cream When I stop, which is basic soft serve. Frozen burger patty, which is always a disappointment for me, but is normally edible, so that’s not my complaint. I opened my sandwich when I got home, and couldn’t even eat it. It was an absolute mess. It looked as if it exploded lol. Soaking wet bun with toppings and cheese everywhere. Went in the trash.

Diane’s has been a staples if our road trips since 1998, and today was by far the worst service I’ve ever had.
We drove 30 minutes for their excellent food.
Lily, the counter lady, was rude and snotty before slamming the window in my sons face.
Her attitude lost the sales of 2 large cones and a large sundae and has guaranteed that we will not make such a trip out of our way again anytime soon.
