I had scouted this place out for weeks knowing I would be in the area. I have been to Irish Pubs across the world and US and would put this place in my top 5. No frills but a perfect pint pour of Guinness that was beyond fresh. Great service even though the knew that I was an out of towner. I definitely recommend the Irish Egg rolls. Thanks for a great experience!

This is a fun local pub. They have some very tasty appetizers. The beers flow freely here. I was able to try a new light beer which was refreshing. First I had some pastrami egg rolls that are surprisingly delicious. Crispy on the outside and flavorful on the interior. The shrimp were very average and didn’t seem freshly battered there. The sauce however was tangy, spicy and a perfect match for the crunchy shrimp. Jalapeño poppers were the star of the night here. Spicy, cheesy, and they come with a rugged texture on the surface. Ranch dressing was thick perfecting for dipping. The brisket macaroni and cheese was a bitter sweet experience. The meat was shredded and flavored. It honestly tastes
more like pulled pork butt. That part was delicious. However, the macaroni has NO flavor or seasoning whatsoever. There’s no cheese pull or roux to be found. I would not order it again.
Overall this is a very friendly bar in a small town. So far it’s number 2 in this area.

Kate O’Connor’s delivered, especially Trish and Jamena. We were looking for a casual location to hold a business meeting (with lunch) for folks gathering from Granger to Valparaiso, and every town in between, and, they really came through. The food was great, but it was the attentive service that really stood out, as they kept our coffee, teas, sodas, and water glasses filled, all while keeping things neat and tidy.
Not the typical venue for a business meeting, but I would recommend, and hope to use them again.
Thank you, Kate O’Connor’s!!
Thank you, Trish!!

This Pubs at the top. This is without a doubt in my top 10 favoritff Ed Irish pubs in the state of Indiana . Great outdoor patio, pool table in the back room , wonderful dining room and a bar to boot. If you live in northern Indiana and I’ve never been here you should be ashamed of yourself. If you live within 200 miles of New Carlisle Indiana make the trip you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to my return, cheers!!!!

Holy cow!!!! We have been sleeping on this place. My husband and I came in for the first time and absolutely loved it! And we are picky. We got the corned beef and it was out of this world! Servings were huge and very worth the money. Place is clean, our server, Tricia, was amazing, attentive, quick, and pleasant. We will 10000% be back!!!!

Was a quiet place for a nice dinner. Portions are huge and staff are friendly. They have a fireplace for the colder weather. Corned beef sandwich was delicious. Everything we had was very tasty and generously portioned.
Only complaint would be the lighting vs menu. The dim lighting is nice for the cozy feel of a pub/restaurant, but was difficult to read half the menu. Back half of the menu is dark green with black text to describe the individual items. My suggestion would be to change the black text to white like the item titles, or maybe yellow, or even light orange if trying to stick to the Irish flag colors.

Found this gem while passing through and had to stop. Place is clean, has a pool table, several screens, and the food menu is fun. I had these Reuben “egg rolls”. Very tasty. Kinda wish they actually played Irish music though. Still, look forward to returning next time I’m near.

I have been here a couple times now on the weekend. A nice place to grab a bite, grab a drink, and chit chat. Amanda the server/bartender is great.
