The rolls are great although we’re not accustomed to cream cheese, asparagus and mango on our sushi rolls, we simply ask to skip certain ingredients.
What I won’t recommend d are the appetizers. This time we ordered the shrimp shumai and were terribly disappointed.
Bottom line, skip the appetizers and splurge on the rolls! Their Dragon Roll and the Beauty and the Beast (seen here), were awesome!
We will be back!
The food was just okay. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai, and it had no spice at all—just sweet noodles with shrimp and no tofu. The sushi rolls were fine, but nothing special. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. They didn’t even have canned soda, so I ended up getting bottled water because it felt like the safest option. Not to mention I baby changing station In the bathroom had to balance baby on my lap in the bathroom. One last thing they add a 2.50% fee on your bill. They call it a credit card fee but don’t bother asking if you’re paying by credit. Since it’s illegal to charge a service fee on a debit card they are getting away with it by adding a note at the bottom of the receipt that says they charge 2.50% gratuity on every check.
We were seated rather quickly and handed some heated towels to cleanse our hands (which, was very nice and relaxing).
We ordered soup and the Lobster Volcano roll along with the Sashimi Dinner and it was absolutely delicious and I will return for the same exact order.
They had several seating arrangements such as, regular tables and chairs, bar seating and a sort of sofa/ table hang out seating is how I would describe it (which was different but nice).
The customer service was very good and the food was served in a timely fashion.
There was plenty of parking. Oh and the ambiance was very family oriented.
A definite come back to. Thank you for the great food and service Dr. Collazo
