Horrible service I actually got four drinks they were all disgusting, I should have known once I was in the drive thru that they sounded annoyed that it wasn’t going to be good. I’m sorry but if you’re choosing to work at a donut/ coffee shop you’re going to make drinks why are you getting mad about that, no flavor and gave it me the drinks half full, we will never come to this location again

I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience at this location. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable.

When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. While waiting, I observed one of the staff members preparing my 10 Munchkins. As she finished bagging them, she abruptly slammed the bag down on the counter for no clear reason. Her attitude and overall demeanor came across as unnecessarily negative, and this happened directly in front of a 6-year-old who was with me.

I typically don’t speak up, as I understand people can have difficult days, but this time I felt it was important to say that I didn’t appreciate the way the situation was handled. Another staff member overheard and responded professionally, saying, *“I will talk to her,”* which I did appreciate.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A little more care in customer interactions—especially in front of children—can make a big difference in the experience.

The drive-thru was closed today, but no biggie it gave me a rare chance to stretch my legs and go inside. There was only one person ahead of us, just waiting on her drink, so things were looking good… or so I thought. We wanted to order with a human, but they were swamped, so we braved the self order kiosk. That’s when the real adventure began.

The kiosk and my coupon code clearly weren’t on speaking terms. After an awkward battle of wills (and buttons), we finally waved the white flag and asked for help. A crew member came to the rescue, quickly assessed the situation, and kindly took our order. The good news the wait time was short for our drinks we were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes, and I left with my food and my dignity mostly intact.

This is the worst latte I have ever tried, ever. I don’t know if the oatmilk was spoiled or what, but this is a very SOUR drink. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 3 years, and have been going to Dunkin for longer. I’ve ordered a caramel craze latte w/ oatmilk many times before, but this one was TERRIBLE. The Asian girl there, who worked on Sunday, Feb 15 @ 1:40pm made this drink. This is so SOUR and DISGUSTING!!!! I refuse to let her make my drink again! You guys need to train your workers on switching out EXPIRED milks!!!

Waste of money Go to Starbucks on the other side of the freeway if you want decent coffee.
Update. Went their second day in a row to try and get a better experience. This time instead of getting coffee that was watered down with milk. I got a black coffee without any creamer. Nobody listens!!!!

It’s the closest dunkin near me and I like to stop by once in a while. I was feeling hot and there was no one in the drive thru so I told myself why not. I asked for the new ice spice munchkins drink and it had none of the add ons the specialty drink claims it has. I wouldn’t trip if it was a busy drive thru, I know it can be difficult but there was no one else. The drink is roughly about 5 dollars not much but not worth it, if they aren’t going to add the whip nor the caramel, it’s just a coffee frostie without it.

This is the first DD location in Compton & very close to Carson & I love it! This is what this area needed. They’ve got a new breakfast sandwich that is so good. Their coffee choices are good too. Can’t help myself stop in almost every morning on way to work!
