Don’t order from here, driver might hit your car and leave the scene without leaving a note. Food was fine and delivery was quick but driver reversed into my parked car when he was leaving and ran. No help with Domino’s head office, even with witness statements so looking likely I will have to cover damage myself. Wouldn’t recommend ordered unless you don’t own a car

Two for Tuesdays… but 4 x large pizzas still ended up costing £60. Had some trouble with the app, rang the store who had zero willingness to help. Delivery was 1/2 an hour. Food arrived warm, not hot and looked like the dough was underproofed? (see photo). Other than being a bit sloppy it tasted ok. It won’t last long like this. Won’t go again

Please don’t order the pizza here tastes like nothing. puts a massive shame on domino’s.
and wanted the pizza back for a refund which will potentially cost the same as sending another. but to be honest will it be better i don’t think it will.

This branch has really improved compared to when I used to order here years ago. The food is delivered super quick, it’s always hot and my orders have been correct everytime. We order almost weekly and I’m really impressed with the food and service.

We ordered some pizzas and left a delivery note that leave the pizzas on the stairs if we didn’t respond to the doorbell.
The app showed that the pizza had been delivered, but when we checked, nothing was there.
We called the store, and the person who answered was not very friendly. They claimed they had tried to ring the doorbell and called us , but I found no missed calls and didn’t even hear the doorbell. Our doorbell is loud as hell so it’s impossible not to hear it. It’s either someone else took our order or they didn’t really delivered it.
At least they sent new pizzas. Hope the customer service improves.

Very quick and efficient, some dominoes can be hit and miss but this one really good, especially the hot honey pizza tasted great.

Normally very good but waited nearly 3 hrs even though app said it was delivered. rang continuously until I got through to them and they, said they were having problems with app. pizza will be there in a few mins even though they never took my order number!
45 mins later pizza arrived, crushed boxes cold pizza small amount of filling and wedges inedible.
Don’t blame the app admit you are snowed under that at least makes the long wait understandable

Took over an hour to be delivered, 4 adults, 4 children so big order which is understandable – £114.88 to be exact. Food kept saying delivered online but wasn’t. When it came it was only mildly warm, not great for us but perfect temp for the kids to tuck in.
9 year old shouted “ERGH, there is a hair” in the 1st pizza.I said that couldn’t be the case and as partner took a bite from his pizza he looked at me and pulled a hair from his mouth. Other two adults found 5 hairs from theirs. We didn’t even want to eat the sides… rang up and spoke to a manager and stated asked if we wanted new pizzas or a refund, I said refund. Well an HOUR later and 3 pizzas turned up! Doubt we’ll be getting our refund now!

horrific experience each and every time.
I have held off from posting a review for quite some time now but after how bad service we have received over our last few orders i think it’s time they were shared.
The supervisor Yar in particular is very rude, ill mannered, unhelpful, and an incompetent member of staff. I strongly believe if my supervisor spoke to anyone like that or laughed at their misfortune they most definitely would not be a supervisor.
Example 1:
Ordering an Italian style and getting classic crust, I called them up to be called a liar down the phone, and if I wanted them to deliver a new one I had to wait an hour and a half and i would only receive this if the delivery driver believe there was a mistake with the crust meaning we had to go back out to change it as the family were waiting.
Example 2:
Ordering a pizza at 7pm still not receiving the order by 10:30 to AGAIN be called a liar by yet another supervisor, again meaning I had to go back out, the supervisor refused to give me his name said I was lying about ordering the pizza, although I had the confirmation and they had the pizzas still sat on their racking, not once did we receive an apology.
Pizza is usually cold or looks as though it’s been reheated/sat for hours.
The service is absolutely unacceptable.
Save your time, effort, breath and money and order elsewhere.
Will be making a complaint to the head office.
On a lighter note, Zoe is very helpful and always tries to resolve the matters calmly and effectively.

Want your pizza within a hour of ordering? Don’t bother… The pizza tracker is terrible and always finishes before we have any sign of our food. You try and contact the store (because their head office can’t ever seem to help) and the phone just rings and rings. It feels like throwing your money down a well would be a more productive use of your time. Might even get pizza quicker that way…
