While my experience is usually excellent here. I had a very distasteful experience this morning with the manager Dennis. As a customer if I’m saying, my drink doesn’t look or taste right, which I’m also a regular at Starbucks I feel there’s no need to go back-and-forth with a, customer about how the drink should look or taste what does it look like is extremely inappropriate for a manager to unsatisfied customer . Wow, he offered to make the drink over. He did it in a very snappy way as if he was bothered by me being unhappy with my drink. Just remember, customer service is everything and Starbucks already tried to be in this area once before a couple years back down the street.. I’m sure you can find a better representation for your business.

While I was waiting for my last drink at the drive-thru window this afternoon around 1pm, I had to wait while a supervisor yelled at an employee directly in front of me over something related to clearing orders or another minor issue that absolutely could have waited. The employee calmly explained that she had been in the restroom at the time and was very apologetic, but the supervisor continued to talk down to her and escalate the situation instead of addressing it later or privately.
It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness as a customer. The employee showed patience and professionalism, while the supervisor’s behavior felt aggressive, unnecessary, and power-driven. Being made to wait at the window while someone was publicly berated over something so minor was unacceptable.
I find it hard to believe that Stephanie, the manager, would knowingly allow this type of behavior to take place, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Given the tone and dynamic of the interaction, it also felt potentially racially motivated, which is deeply concerning.
Starbucks promotes respect and inclusion, but what I witnessed did not reflect those values at all. Management at this location needs to address how employees are being treated.

Food is meh, but it’s Starbucks, it’s not just this location. I’m not from around this area so I don’t know of any good local coffee shops. Coffee from Starbucks is like bottom of the barrel. Other than that, I have an issue with how slow the service is. The workers are njce, but so slow. I pre-order drinks through the app. I have had this issue multiple times. My drinks should be ready at 0905, so I head over and wait and then don’t receive them until 0930 or later. What is the point of pre-ordering or giving an estimate if I have to wait an additional 30 minutes. This is a common occurrence.

I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar OATMILK shaken espesso. These folks gave me real milk and had me blasting for 30 minutes. Bruh….I’m lactose intolerant and that crap ain’t cool. Please follow instructions.
