I only gave it a one because I could not give it a zero. To deliver a customer food in as deplorable condition as this, while smiling, is disrespectful. They must not think very highly of their customer base. Contacted the store and was advised “the second game is coming on”, the implication being we’d have to wait even longer for a replacement after our initial pizza arrived so haphazardly due to their lack of care. If they’re so proud of their product, they can have it back. Just incredible.

I would leave zero stars but then I can’t give my review. First of all the app doesn’t work. It always freezes. Then when I call they answer me only to hang up on me. I call again and they don’t answer. Ok I am thinking they are probably busy so I go in person only to be ignored for over 20 minutes. Worst customer service. I’m never going to them again.

First of all they don’t follow through with their own coupons and the phone experience was terrible. The pizzas ordered was the ultimate special blend and a Hawaiian pizza. They were both awful first bite all the toppings would fall off.

I just got my online order delivered and I can say without a doubt this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! I ordered a thin crust but this was harder than a saltine. I could break a piece off to eat. There was no sauce on it either. It was like a cracker with cheese and toppings.

I ordered by Enternet, placed my orders, there special for 19.99 they put on tv .
and other things wich came out to 50.00 something plus drinks for my family and wife, 2 kids,
I called to see if the orders went thru?
It didn’t. You would think I could order it by phone? (Guess again?) No you can not,
this is a special order only by enternet?
I spoke with Andrew Dehareo, Who answered the phone.
He told me, sorry, that is a special on the enternet only, he couldnt help me on the phone,
I then find out hes the manager. You would think he would help a cousterme , make his order? Not in this case. Ive been going to this store for years. And never had this handled in such a manner. He need to be retrainned, poor custermer service. So I went to Marco pizza, where I was treated better, got two large pizzas, 2 toppings 32.46, instead of two med pizzas one topping, crazy break, drinks and extras I was gonna buy for 50.00 something.
He lost money, and a loyal costumbres.

Every time I order on line. They give me the wrong order. I always order thin crust and I end up getting hand tossed. Today I order the pizza by phone so I could make sure I get the correct order. And spoke to a guy
