I’m a customer and also a dasher. It all depends on who’s working whether or not you get good service. The manager at this establishment seems to be “preoccupied” every time I have an order to pick up for a customer. I had a portal code which I put in 3 times. Once I finally got the managers attention he told me to put the portal code in and then he would cut the pizza. I honestly think he is the most disorganized manager I’ve ever had to deal with. I never have this issue with the regular employees. Just the manager. ♀️

Just ordered the pretzel crust pizza. This was not pretzel crust, it was regular crust, slightly darker and with salt on some spots. Looks NOTHING like what they advertise! My son is here visiting and he says his Little Caesar’s pretzel crust is nothing like this. Also got crazy bread and they were over-cooked and tough as if they were old. The butter was all absorbed into the bread and just a few bits of parmesan cheese on them. They were also a couple inches shorter than the every time I’ve ever gotten them. If this is how the good is going to be for these new prices I will no longer come to this store. I’ll go to Pearl. I would like the manager to contact me.

In my opinion they have the best pizza around and definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had from Little Caesars the woman that served me Schaefer I hope I spell her name right was professional kind and courteous I’ll definitely go back

I waited 15 minutes longer for my order. (Total of 35 minutes) I sat outside the entire time so I know they weren’t busy. Hung up on twoce. Called store due to food being wrong/terrible tasting. Told by someone named Kim to come back to store to see manager the next day. I live 30 minutes away. Quick and easy to get a nice pizza and more. The parking lot is a little tricky, but you can usually get a pizza in just a few minutes with their Hot & Ready feature.

I order an Extra MostBest thin crust pepperoni and a Cheese Pizza and waited almost an hour to get it. I finally got the EMB and 1/3 of it was missing. I took it back in and I’m assuming it was the manager and he said it was all there when I gave it to you. I said really? I was the second person to return a pizza that was missing part of it.
There were only 3 ppl working, well the manager was just there. No pizzas were in the warmer ready.
There service has gone to the dogs. This was my last trip at the Brandon location.
