Went there with my brother as we are both from Honduras and we’re craving pollo con tajadas. It did not disappoint, I recommend.
Their seasonings were great and the food was fresh. The service was quick and due to the PuertoRican and Honduran fusion they explained what certain things were that we haven’t heard of or had different names. I plan on going back soon! Eyeing the bori box or tripleta sandwich next.
Love supporting family owned businesses! The couple that owns the restaurant are both lovely people.

The food was incredible. Freshly made when ordered. Tasted amazing, large portions. The owners are the ones that are cooking for the customers. Wish I had taken pictures of the Bori-chino plate. But pictures wouldn’t do any justice. The wife and I loved this place.

I researched them online. I saw 5 and decided that is where me and my boyfriend were going to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. I called 1 week in advance to make the reservation. Too bad I can’t share photos. They had a cute 2 chair table with roses, balloons and a back drop to die for. Danny and Beba thank you soo much. 5 stars all around. They went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After they know that my wife is pregnant the owner made a special fruit dessert totally free for us. They’re food is awesome. Empanadas, alcapurrias, fries, white rice and red beans! Everything perfect! Is my 3th time visiting this place

I have a beef allergy and don’t speak Spanish. But they helped me understand some of the menu options I had never heard of as well as cooking my food on a cleaned grill to to avoid cross contamination of the beef. The restaurant has plenty of seating and with the music playing the atmosphere is amazing.

The kind of hole-in-the-wall cafe that you just know will have delicious food. The owners are lovely people too.

First off, let me tell you I am not one post ever. However, my family and I had such a wonderful experience this evening that I could not keep it to myself. After moving to the area, we have wondered if there was any good Puerto Rican food outside of our own kitchen. I saw a random post today suggesting PAL CARAJO Puerto Rican and Honduran restaurant in Manchester. We were already in the middle of cooking our own dinner and decided that the post looked so good that we should just save it for another night. We decided to drop everything and head into Manchester on an adventure. When we arrived we were wondering if we were in the right place but were reassured once we spotted the Coquí and the Puerto Rican flag. Walking in, I felt like I was walking into my Tia’s house. We had never met these people before but were welcomed as if we were family. The food was flavorful and the service was excellent. We had a variety of food and everything was on point! Highly recommend, we will be back for sure! This is the food that we have been missing in the area and we are surely happy to have it!
We had salad, a beef empanadia, a chicken empanadia, an alcapuria, yellow rice, a small bowl of soupita like your grandmother used to make it with carrots and potatoes, fried steak cubes, tostones, and flan!
