10:40 pm, January 13, I went through the drive through, ordered a 12 piece mozzarella sticks and a royal crispy meal deal with a sprite. Adult lady (tan, around 30s) took my order but was told I have to give my coupon at the screen when I came up to the window. sorry, first time ordering with a coupon and didn’t know “I had to give my coupon at the screen and not the drive thru window”. The problem was that she said this in a very rude way said “Ill let it pass this time but next time no”. And then I responded “well, if you want I’ll drive through again,” she said “no because I already put my code in-rolled her eyes.” Paid with card, got the drink, got the food, but not a “have a good night, nor “this will be all, but instead closed the window and blanked stared.” Had a sour moment because I knew that the lobby was closed, so I thought taking the coupon to the window where she can see that I do have the coupon would be easier, but decided I won’t let that just pass, would appreciate it if she can be called to attention on how she treats her costumers, and if she’s manager please don’t let her treat anyone like that, not costumers and not employees. Everyone deserves respect no matter how bad their day has been.

I placed an order online, which should allow me to do. I went to pick up my order. They should’ve been onion rings. They put fries in. There didn’t bother to tell me I came back to ask for the onion rings. They said too bad. We’re out of onion rings and I said well I don’t want fries so I want a refund on that and they said too bad. You can’t do that. You need to figure out how to do it in the app. What a joke.

Extremely rude !! Came to order breakfast Itwas 3 min before it was over . They had me waiting 5 min to take my order… They said they couldn’t take my order , they were busy’

I came in and asked for help for my order with my family and I was told to wait by a lady and none of the ladies in the kitchen helped us at all not a single one of them, and the lady was being so useless I do not know her name and she gave us really bad service I was also waiting for my receipt that she WAS supposed to give me and she didn’t gave me no receipt at ALL we were waiting for our food for good 10-20 minutes ALMOST 30 MINUTES waiting there and right after our order the lady was taking other family’s order and we were straight ignored.

I’m disappointed. I come here alot and every time I order the food just keeps getting worse. It’s unbelievable. The cheese isn’t even melted, This double stacker has bacon and I only got one strip. No source on it what so ever and the meet was completely burnt . I couldn’t eat this!!!

Very disappointed by The staff here are lazy eating lounge is dirty, trash everywhere, french fries on the floor holes in seats with duck tape .. wouldn’t recommend eating here .Only reason I ate here is cuz the bk in Santa Cruz was to far for me go . That bk is super clean and I swear the fries are made with some special salt lol you gotta try it to believe it ..

Neglectful dangerous mistake.
Diabetics can have sugar free/diet soda. Regular sugar soda can send a diabeticintoo a diabetic coma, cause them to be hospitalized or even kill them. It is serious.
Our delivery order had 2 diet cokes in the order. One was for a diabetic that did not get any food, just the diet coke.
When the order arrived, I checked both sodas to be safe. I’m glad I did because both tasted like regularCoca-Colaa.
I tried messaging the delivery driver to see if he knew for sure. No response.
I got out test strips and tested both sodas for sugar. They both tested positive for high levels of sugar. This meant both are 100% regular Coca-Cola.
This type of mistake could be very dangerous.
