We found this place by accident. We were just looking for something nearby for a quick bite. Came across this gem and we were so pleased with how the food tasted and how welcomed we were by the staff. We were served chips and salsa while waiting for our food to come. The salsa was legit. My daughters approved it right away. I had beef fajitas and my daughters all had tres amigos tacos. After the first bite, all 3 of them blurted out: I wish this place were close to our home. That’s how much they enjoyed the food. They inhaled those tacos within 5 mins which to me was incredible as they’re well known for being picky eaters. Oh, did I mention that they offered 1 free house margarita? It wasn’t strong but it was tasty.

Stopped here on the way home. Loved the colors inside very vibrant. Chips and salsa were delicious. The salsa was warm as if it had just came out. The margaritas were very good. Had the queso flamiado with fajitas as an appetizer comes with tortillas. It was really good. Very filling. For dessert tried the fried ice cream and churros. While the churros come with 6 I asked for 1/2 order. (Was still full from appetizer) everything was on point. Family owned. Karen our waitress was very nice and welcoming. Made you feel at home. I will definitely return when I’m in the area again.

Made about a 20-minute drive from my hotel while in town on business. My waitress was exceptually nice and she suggested I try some Mexican Coke which I had never had. I don’t usually even drink soda but it was delicious. The food was also incredible! It was a cozy but fun atmosphere.

What a delightful find! The food here is delicious, obviously cooked with love. The service is very quick, too. Chili relleno and be carne guisafada were both top notch. It’s not a huge place, so you feel right at home. Beware the parking. It’s a bit difficult.

We were visiting family and this is their go-to spot – and certainly worth it! Great family run atmosphere and the food was well cooked with generous servings. Recommend the tacos and quesadillas (we split a few to get a bite of each). Look forward to coming back 🙂

This was my second visit to Delia’s & both times were great! I ordered a taco salad & my husband had a shrimp cocktail, queso & street tacos.
The salad was excellent-like a giant taco inside a fried tortilla bowl & the shrimp cocktail was delish too! Not too sweet-actually kinda spicy which we prefer! And the queso & street tacos were on point too!
Our service was excellent too! We will be back!

The food is outstanding. Service is friendly and helpful. They offer a free margarita with entree purchase at the time of my visit. Best new find for me in months. It’s a little out of the way if you’re not local. Every visit the food does not disappoint.

Finally gave this place a try and wish I had been here sooner. Wow is all I can say. The food is excellent and service is equally as great. I’ve only been here once to try the cheese enchiladas and they did not disappoint. The gravy was spot on perfect. Reminds me of eating enchiladas as a kid in the Valley. It was not busy whatsoever so the food was fast and service was plentiful. This is a little secret gem of a restaurant by Canyon Lake. Even the cook was friendly and said hello to me. The lady at the front desk is so nice and I can’t wait to return with my family. They will be so pleased here.
I would recommend this place to family and friends, no doubt.
