Very confused… I usually go to this wendy’s all the time and have no issue, but today was a completely different story. i ordered my normal 10 pc nugget combo and didn’t think much of it, but when i got home, the problems started. there was some mystery sauce smeared all over my fry container (mind you, i didn’t order any sauce, nor was any in my bag.) sorta gross, but whatever, things happen, right? but then, in my ONLY VANILLA FROSTY. let me specify, JUST VANILLA, there was strange brown stuff at the bottom that was NOT throughout the frosty. what was it, rust? chocolate? feces? don’t know, and definitely didn’t want to test. attached photos. i’d stay away if you don’t want strange, gross liquids all in your wendy’s food.

I’ve been in this area 20 years and this place never fails to disappoint. Whoever owns this places is lucky they haven’t driven it into the ground. Its run down, year after year the service is horrendous obviously due to lack of leadership. How does it take 35 minutes to fill an $18 order at 830am on a Sunday when the place is empty? This has always been the case with this dump. Oh and as always, THEY WILL screw up your order either by giving you the wrong items or just not including them in your order at all. Never fails!.

The two girls working the drive through window are NASTY NASTY NASTY. Snotty faces, no thank you or youre welcome when we said thank you, not even a hint of a smile. I asked for an extra dressing for my salad, specified which one, and she gave me a nasty look and still handed me the wrong dressing. I went in for the correct one and she looked at me like I was crazy for going in to get the right dressing. Then I call to attempt to speak to a manager and a guy picks up the phone with a bored sounding “hello”…I said hello…? He said, hello Wendy’s. I responded, what’s your name? He said you can probably hear me but I can’t hear you, and hangs up. Most unprofessional staff ever! Today is 1/31 and this all occurred around 7pm. Whoever is working there now is horrible!

I recently visited Wendy’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The restrooms were not up to standard, and despite the store being relatively quiet, two employees failed to come to the register promptly. The food was okay, but the overall service left me highly dissatisfied. I hope the issues are addressed for an improved customer experience.

Just avoid it. Drink machine out of almost every drink, order nuggets but don’t get sauce for it and then have to pay for it. When ask they say you have to pay for it. But it comes with the nuggets go figure. And then the worker has an attitude when you say you did get nuggets. No sauce. And don’t get me started on the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. Toilets and urinals filled and won’t flush. This place should just close down. Not worth coming here period

Just left at 7:37pm on 10/21 and once again had the same people working that, for some reason, can’t get the order right. It’s not the first time it’s happened. Only seem to have luck when you go to this location right after breakfast. The woman who is working at that time normally actually seems to care about her job.

I recently visited Wendy’s and was absolutely blown away by their new Krabby Patty Meal collaboration! The “Krabby Patty” cheeseburger is a must-try-juicy, flavorful, and packed with delicious toppings that give it a fun, unique twist. The combination of the perfectly seasoned beef patty with just the right amount of “secret sauce” made every bite irresistible. Paired with their new Pineapple Frosty, which was refreshing and surprisingly creamy with just the right balance of sweet and tart, it made for an unforgettable meal. The fries, as always, were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted.
Definitely coming back soon to enjoy the Krabby Patty Meal again!
