I always enjoy coming here, the food is hot and fresh. My only complaint is the cashier Joshua that works evenings. I wanted to order more, but he kept saying, “Is that it”? I get everyday work can be repetitive etc, but it’s ok to be friendly. I promise nothing bad will happen.

This taco bell needs better workers who are good at customer service (especially during night times). They made our order wrong two times, made us wait 20 mins even when not busy. Not acted professional behind the kitchen. No one should go here because they are really compromising the hygiene walking over food and working without gloves.

Every time I go to this taco bell they mess up my food. I’m lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese so I order my tacos with “no cheese”. Every single time there is cheese packed onto my taco and melted into the meat. It’s beyond frustrating because this happens EVERY TIME I go to this specific taco bell. I’ve worked in food services before, it’s really not that hard to just not put cheese on an order that says “NO CHEDDAR CHEESE”

Tonight, My DoorDash order arrived, only the drink, no food. Hayzon, my dasher, told me that my food would arrive later. Called Taco Bell and spoke to the manager. He remembered my order and told me that the driver probably stole my food. Told me to contact Door Dash. Thanks a lot

Food is AMAZING. They have A LOT OF VEGANIZABLE ITEMS because you can literally customize everything. Super tasty. A lot of their sauces are vegan and they’re free too! I literally dream of my next visit the only downside can be the fact that their free tacos on Tuesdays aren’t vegan (and cannot be made vegan by customization) because the taco shell for that one is doritos cool ranch chips, which aren’t vegan. But overall still 5/5. Decent food and the majority of the menu can be prepared vegan with little customization. I don’t know how they’re still in business with such affordable pricing ♀️

Power has been out for 3 days. Went there for a quick dinner. Kiosks were down, but the last people who had ordered at the counter were waiting for their food as were a number of other people. So I walked up to the counter and a lady in the cooking area said someone would be right with me to which whatever kid was cooking abruptly replied “we aren’t taking any more inside orders.” Which was immediately met by a bewildered look from the nice lady. She apologized repeatedly. For the other kid. Hey dude sorry people having power out and needing to go out to eat and making the night busier than usual inconveniences you. College Buffet gladly took my money. Note I didn’t rate the food or atmosphere because I didn’t get to experience it. Also there were no signs of any kind saying indoor ordering was closed. They NEVER have nacho fries but tonight it was the 30 minute wait at the drive thru for a taco n nacho fries. Nobody shd ever wait 30 mins in a drive thru. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
