Sakura Sushi was fantastic from start to finish. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were clean and perfectly balanced. I ordered the snow mountain roll, which was warm, filling, and had really well balanced flavors. I also ordered the seared salmon and smoked salmon nigiri, and both were outstanding. They were rich, buttery, and fresh. You can really tell they care about quality.
Our server, Cory, made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without being overbearing, and he made great recommendations. Service was smooth and welcoming the entire time.

I haven’t found a good Sushi place, and v this one was superb. The sushi was really nice, the stuffed Avocado was really good, the Beno box cutlet was outstanding, egg rolls were nice and crunchy. I tried multiple items and brought home left overs. This is a place i will be returning to.

Very clean and amazing service. Originally thought the prices were steep, but the portion sizes made up for them! Will return because the food was fresh and delicious!

Nestled conveniently near a gas station in Harker Heights, this restaurant exceeded all expectations and turned out to be an incredible find. Although I don’t usually frequent such spots, the food was simply outstanding, particularly the salmon tower, which was not only generous in portion but also delightful in flavor, leaving my wife and me with enough for two extra rolls to take home. At only $18.00 for the tower, it offered exceptional value for the quality presented. The house sake was a pleasant surprise as well—reminiscent of a milder tequila, it added a unique touch to our dining experience. I’m already looking forward to returning, especially with my kids, as there’s a spacious table ideal for a family outing. Additionally, this venue also doubles as a romantic setting, making it perfect for date nights, so if you’re seeking a charming place to unwind, this spot is definitely worth considering.

This was the best sushi of my life. Didn’t expect to find it in Texas, but I am delighted. We got two rolls – Blazing 635 roll and the Kiwi Salmon roll. They were stacked high and full of flavor! Great service from Thuan as well.

Went for lunch and had great service and amazing sushi! Tried the lobster roll, which was insane huge and so much lobster, oh and delicious. My favorite of the day was the strawberry roll. First time visiting, and I’m so glad we did. We will be back with friends for a date night. Also had the tempura shrimp for appetizer, and it was so good!

We took a chance on this place. The food is so tasty, and our server (Aliyah) was on point. She had me laughing. The lighting is warm and relaxing. It was also clean and didn’t have a smell to it. It was actually cheating than what I was expected to pay. We have found our new place to eat. Highly recommend eating here.

The food was absolutely delicious. My daughter and I got steamed pork dumplings, the Ahi Tuna tower, and the Sunshine roll. Aesthetic plating. The service was friendly, attentive, and food service was quite fast and fresh. Not very busy on a Saturday mid-afternoon, but was not quite dinner time. Wasn’t dirty, but could have been cleaner. Had rice on my seat and cabbage on the floor.
Cost was comparable to other sushi and Japanese restaurants. Although, they did charge $3 for a can of soda.
Overall, it was a very good experience and would go again!
