We ordered from the kiosk and there was only one or two people in front of us. It took about 20 minutes for us to get our food even though the drive-through probably had 10 orders go through by the time we got our food my taco was stale and so are my tortilla chips The amount of meat that they put in their items is almost none if I could give them zero stars I would highly dissatisfied

Overall the food was great! The service however was terrible. My wife and I went through the drive thru and we were trying to figure out our order. It is frustrating that they keep changing the Luke box. Anyway, we finally decided our order. We pulled up to the window to pay and we told them that our order was incorrect. There was a guy and girl that were helping us out which made it very confusing as to who was actually taking our order. The guy was about to fix our order but then the lady told us that we took too long and that we would have to go back through the drive thru to get the other part of our order since the line was backed up (but in reality there was only 1 person behind us). It was ridiculous and very rude. I didn’t go back through the drive thru but decided to go in. Well as i was putting in my order inside i overhear the staff talking about us. I didn’t say anything, but it was very unprofessional. We’ll not return.

Addendum: Gave them another chance, and they’ve somewhat redeemed themselves! My food was all correct this time first try, it was hot, nothing was missing, and they were quick about it as well. Staff was nice as always, despite the fact we swung by at 11pm this time. Prasada Taco Bell, your ice has thickened.

The staff was friendly and helpful, at least, but wow. I’ve never had such big mistakes for such a small order before. I’m not talking missing sauce or maybe forgetting to add an extra ingredient, I was given an entirely different item wrapped as the item I was ordered. FOR THREE SEPARATE ITEMS. Bless you, Manager Ebony(?), for being so kind and polite over the phone, cause I probably woulda gone feral if anything else had happened. You’re on thin ice, Prasada Taco Bell.

I ordered the Supreme Luxe Box and exchanged the cinnamon twist out for the chips and cheese, just to get home and see hair in the cheese !!

Waited 22 minutes for our food. The order wasn’t even right. Bathrooms were very dirty, broken handle on toilet which made it difficult to flush. Employees were not friendly. QT has better food and better service.

This has been the second time I’ve been to this location and been let down. I won’t be back. This order must have been for a vegetarian cause there was NO MEAT in our tacos, chalupas, or burritos. We paid over $50 for our order also. I do wanna say Brandon was nice and said we would be refunded. The girl Danessa who refunded was unfriendly and very rude when I told her the situation.

8/7/23 0800hrs $4.04. I ordered bacon crunch wrap. It seemed like the crunch wrap was smaller than others I’ve had. Overall same flavor same ingredients. Cooked to perfection. Thank you.

Worst taco bell ever, despite being opened recently! The place looks like a war zone, very dirty disorganized. Our tacos and burritos barely had any sauce and the cheese on my grilled burrito was cold and not melted. Very messy in the food prep area as well (I didn’t post pictures for the privacy of the employees). Speaking of which, they work and greet customers as if someone punished them to do that! I will never return here as a customer.
