Normally have good service on Fridays but yesterday (Sunday) service was off. Pizza is missing pepperoni. Also the toppings and cheese are not even at all. Just not up to the usual higher standards.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location, usually ordering at least twice a week. Unfortunately, my recent experience was quite disappointing. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and, after returning to the store to exchange it, I was told it would take about 25-30 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes in my car and then checked back in, only to be told they were too busy. Eventually, I placed another order, which was ready in just five minutes, but the original exchange was never fulfilled. I was not even informed about it. This is not the level of service I expect from such a well-known brand. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

This used to be a good location but my last to pickups have been bad. I use the app and order a few hours in advance and provide a pickup time. The last two orders I have walked in to pick up my pizza, give them my name, they look at the rack, don’t see my pizza, then walk away. No “Sorry it’s not ready.” or “Let me check on your order.” Just ignore me. After 10min or so standing behind the counter I will try to get someone’s attention but nothing. Last time I was there it was 30 minutes before I received my pizza. The time before that at least 20. Seems like management is nonexistent at this location.

The cut on the pizza was horrible.
It was NOT completely cut had to use my own knife/scissors to get a slice.
Btw….when placing an order over the phone, its overdoing on suggestions an add on for additional price.

I walked here on 10/22/25 to order my son some pizza I just left teacher parent conference this was a gift to my son for good behavior only to be half way greeted by the employees. On top of that nobody wanted to take my order the store manager RENEE told me to use my phone to order …. Keep in mind my phone is on 1% obviously if I wanted to order from my phone I WOULD NOT have drove up to the store physically . On top of lack of customer service she called me a stupid person under her breath which she didn’t think I heard her say but I did . Word of advice for people like RENEE if you don’t like people you should not be working customer service it’s not my fault Renee that your OLD, working at papa John’s, and got an attitude, you need to pick a struggle instead spreading your negative energy through Lilburn ! Food should be made with love not hate . They need to take RENEE up out of the kitchen.

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered pizza from here today and it was awful. The pizza was disformed and disgusting. I called and the lady told me she could only offer me a free pizza because i ate some of the pizza. Duh I’m going to eat it what I’m suppose to do? If i ordered it are ya’ll going to come back and pick it up. I wanted a refund that was so unacceptable and I’ve never seen such thing. The manger was VERY rude. Telling me i could get a refund because we ate 2 slices and had to end up throwing it away because it was nasty. She told me someone new made the pizza and they don’t know how to make pizzas. This is unacceptable and i want to speak with corporate i want a full refund. So unprofessional and nasty. I will never eat here again.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. I came in to place a carryout order and asked the “manager” about their smallest pizza options. Instead of assisting me, she simply told me to scan the menu and walked away. After waiting for 15 minutes without any follow-up, I realized I was completely ignored. Another customer entered and also wasn’t greeted.
When I finally asked about the lack of service, the manager disregarded my 15 minutes wait but assumed I would have placed my order on my own despite my questions. It was disappointing to see that assumption rather than an effort to assist. She explained that they were short-staffed and overworked, which I understand, but it doesn’t excuse the poor service and dismissive attitude.
I was left feeling frustrated and upset, trying to remain cordial with a manager who seemed indifferent to my experience. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

I ordered this pizza online and I have to say I’m very disappointed with them. Because this pizza where not cut and it looks like they just threw my pizza straight out the pan and into the boxes and I called up there to speak to the manager and I was told they don’t do refund. They have to give a free pizza the next I order

Ordered a large pepperoni and 8 buffalo wings and got this instead; a pizza that had clearly been returned/left out and was reheated which made the cheese run and covered the already poorly cut pizza, making it impossible to pull apart normally, and a box of buffalo chicken poppers instead of the wings.
The pizza was dry and sauceless and the poppers were cold. The last slice of pizza we tried to eat looked like it climbed out of a sewer or had escaped from Chernobyl. This cost 37 dollars after a 20% tip by the way. Save yourself some time and go dumpster diving behind a school after pizza day if you want similar quality.
