August 1, 2025 I had a taste for seafood, so I decided to try Captain Hooks Seafood in Warrensville Heights, Ohio in Southgate. The shrimp was delicious and seasoned to perfection. The fries were seasoned well and were good and crispy. I will definitely be back and I will tell my friends about the excellent customer service I received as well.

I got the Chicken Philly! I would’ve easily told anyone they had the best Phillies in town when they first came to Maple, but they changed the bread and it doesn’t hit the same! Try it though, easily still top 5.

I ordered a catfish and perch dinner this past Sunday. The food was tasty but, my coleslaw was very watery and ran over into the box where the fries and fish was housed. It was all good just the coleslaw kinda blew me. The young woman taking very pleasant and did her best with providing good customer service. They offer a great variety of menu items and I’ll definitely be back! I also recommend marking the boxes when there are multiple orders cause it took us a minute to figure out who’s fish belonged to who.

Honestly, I had an overall great experience here! The grease on the fries made them taste greasy and airy. The seasoning on the shrimp was good but a little too salty. I’d give the shrimp an 8/10 and the fries a 5/10. The service was great and very friendly!

Part of my catfish sandwich was burnt and I was given the thickest slice of red onion on a sandwich that I’ve ever received on a sandwich from any restaurant. I thought the sandwich came with tomato but there was no tomato on it. Aside from that the sandwich and fries were good. I might give them another try later next year but definitely no time soon. The customer service was superb though!

Me and my husband went yesterday and I spent $60 on whiting dinner with greens which were good& Mac n chz which tasted like box and yams were horrible, they cut my whiting fish in half..so basically it was 4pcs of fish..My husband ordered orange roughy dinner and his fish was cut in half as well to make 4 pcs..fish was not seasoned and very soft and greasy..I asked for a refund and they said the manager just left and I called back today for a refund and I was told he just left again! I will never be back and I will get my Money back!!!!!

I had the pleasure of eating here a couple of months ago, and the food was great. Fixed to order hot and fresh. The wings were good, but being from Alabama, it’s hard to impress me with wings. But the Philly cheese steak was so good, I have flashbacks about once a week. Definitely coming back the next time I’m in Cleveland. BSO to the Zayed family!

and always order the corned beef sandwiches. It has always been taste and service was decent. This past friday i decided to order a corned beef sandwich with fries. Within 10 mins i received a call stating they were out of corned beef so i asked what my other options were. I agreed on a burger and fries. The fries were good but the burger was very salty. I was very disappointed and ended up getting a little sic due to high blood pressure. If you order a burger ask for no salt at all.
