No stars at all. I give up. This is simply the worst run dominoes in the country. They are understaffed, untrained or supported, and overworked causing chaos.
Pizzas look like toddlers prepared them and put on toppings. They are underbaked and raw dough, apparently nobody can tell by looking at the pizza if it’s cooked.
Delivery is a joke. Tracking will show drivers parked at gas stations for 30 minutes, and pizza will show up soggy, smashed, pizzas has looked the the entire box was dropped before.
I’ve called the store after 2 hours and told them I would just come get it instead.
I’ve told the to call me if they’re too busy, I’ll just come pick it up. I’ll even drop a couple off on my way back if they’re in route!!
But nope. On a rainy Monday night my pizza arrived after a 40 minute joyride, apparently the bottom of a stack, smashed smeared soggy cold garbage again.
Can’t complain, doesn’t help. The app will give you a free 2 topping or 20% off as an apology
I really just want a consistent decent pizza in a reasonable amount of time.

Hire more drivers… sick of spending time placing an order just to get a call 5 mins later to say you’ll have to cancel my order if I don’t pick it up. I said what am I supposed to do and they said to call every time to make sure they have drivers. Used to be my favorite pizza place for a little bit cheaper and a quicker and now there’s no point in even bothering ordering.

This Domino’s is a complete embarrassment to the brand. My order showed up over an hour late, completely cold, and missing something as basic as cheese. The driver marked it as out for delivery almost forty minutes before it arrived, meaning my food sat in the car getting colder by the minute while nobody at the store bothered to care.
I contacted Domino’s corporate expecting a response, an apology, anything. Days later I am still ignored. That tells me everything I need to know about how poorly this store is run. It is obvious the staff here have zero pride, zero urgency, and zero interest in delivering even the bare minimum of service.
This was not a small mistake. This was a full display of incompetence from every level inside this place. If you enjoy throwing money in the trash, feel free to order from this location. Everyone else should stay far away and spend their money somewhere that respects its customers.

I ordered from here twice, the first time is because I just moved to the area and wanted to try because I love dominos usually. The food we received was ice cold, I actually have proof that it sat out for over an hour before coming to me. The second time was because I had a coupon for only this location and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Food did get to me quicker BUT was STILL COLD and they forgot my crust flavor (im pregnant and did make sure it was on my order because its my favorite). Severely disappointed.

I knew something was off when the driver set my food down in the snow.
If you ordered pizzas with diced tomatoes and spinach, I got them!
My philly cheese steak sandwich was replaced with breadsticks. The bbq/bacon chicken… dry.
Tried to call store, was on hold for 27 minutes, then hangs up.
Thankfully I got my 2 liter of coke to wash all this food that is not mine down.

Everytime we order from this location there is an issue. They routinely forget our sauce and even when we order something simple like a pizza with extra cheese this is what we got. No extra cheese and it’s not even COOKED! Last time it was burnt cheesy bread now this. The pasta has maybe a spoonful of sauce. It’s just upsetting and the “free pizza” they offer on the app is just not worth it if the pizzas continue to look like this.
Delivery driver was great I feel bad he has to deliver this poorly put together order.
The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the driver was such a sweetheart.
Edit.. we had food delivered and it was to the standard and above.
They keep this service up we will order more.! Above and beyond on all the issues we had in the past. It’s like they had a checklist and hit all the Marks!

**Update 1/24/25 I submit a review online via order survey i received after my completed order and no one has reached out. I also submit a complaint online with zero response.
Ordered through the app for pick up. Said my order was ready, but when I walked in, it was not and waited an additional 7 mins. When I got home, everything was fine, but the pizza was totally burnt. I have contacted Dominos for a replacement. Ordered medium pepperoni pizza, chicken bites, cinnamon twists, and garlic bites, and all of it was delicious except the pizza. We had to cut the pizza with a cutter ourselves as you can see by the photo.

Would not reccomend getting any of their bread, If you chose to make sure to check every square inch of it before you choke on a piece of plastic for 5 minutes. Wouldnt even give 1 star deserves a negative rating.

Placed a delivery order and called the store after about 2.5hrs of waiting. The manager told us our order was just about to be picked up by a driver and would be out very shortly. After about another 20min we called again to cancel the order, in which we were told by the manager that “we can’t help we are understaffed” and were hung up on. We had to call back again to confirm we were even getting the refund. Terrible service and a rude manager.
