I now know why so many are closing down. Went to get some today and instead of asking or saying something just keyed in the order. It should be a #1 combo with added cheese for $10.99 aprox. Now upgrade my fries to their new rings and a medium sprite to large. Still maybe $12.49. Now add 2 cheese burgers at an unbelievable $2.09-$2.19 each still at $17.29. The bill was right at $20.00 and I said not for those little burgers. Go to Wendy’s get the bigger biggie bag. 2 double stack cheeseburgers no extra for cheese. Then better fries and same drink for only $7.00 plus tax. How does this make sense? I never saw the pricing because in a drive through only and in a SUV I had to lean out window to see the sign. Just the combo is outrageous with $1.20 added for cheese. If I ordered 6 at $2.09 is $12.54 so drink and fries for free. I will NEVER GO BACK TO GET A MEAL FROM THEM FOR $12.49. Just a kiosk at this one and only 1 drive through available.

There’s only a drive thru and a walk up window . When you look on the window there’s nasty signs to the workers if they overload cooler they will be charged. Workers aren’t friendly . I asked for extra pickles mustard and ketchup and onions pretty simple request you much better going to McDonald’s for a single burger 1.29 for a 1/4 of the meat sloppy thrown together. Fries were nasty. Krystal you lost my business forever. I have always looked as Krystal’s as a wanna be white castle. This location is disgusting 12.79 for 6 burgers and fries that weren’t even edible..

Went to this location for a quick dinner both combo meals was very hot and fresh. And the young lady and young man that waited on my wife and I through the drive-thru was super nice! We will definitely be going back again for great service like that. And the price was awesome!

I came in on the 18th at 4:42 PM last for fresh fries. When I got up to the window, they handed me a bag. I tried the fries. They were soggy and cold. The manager came very disrespectful. Manager came and told me they were fresh and that she would not give me any more fries and that she demanded my money back. I had said no. Can you just please put them back in the fryer or something? So they’re not cold and soggy.
I then proceeded to ask for the manager’s name. Respectful She told me I didn’t need her name. I said, well, I’m gonna call corporate. She says we’re not corporate based. So I’m going to contact tomorrow morning and try to speak to another manager. And I don’t give any good compliment on this place. I do not recommend a management so far. Here they should be fired. Also, this particular manager had a child inside the store that should be against policy. Because if the child got burnt or hurt, that could be a lawsuit and a safety hazard again, I would not go there. And I will never go back there again.

There should be an option to give zero stars, as this store was abysmal this afternoon. After ordering and moving up to the window to pay, we were ignored for a full 10 minutes by the worker focusing all her time on her visible tablet. Finally two other workers handled the payment and gave us the food.
We then drove a short distance to Harbor Freight to eat. Once we opened the bags we found very cold fries and burgers. The buns on a few of the burgers were hard and dry from sitting out. With the food so cold, what was the purpose for making wait 10 minutes at the window? I can understand waiting for food to be prepared, but it was cold. I think they made us wait at the window and served us cold food out of spite.

Was unsure about this place due to some of the reviews but thought I would give it a try since I was in the area. Stopped in @ the drive through around 12:45 PM on a Wednesday. Time from placing an order to receiving food was slightly less than 5 minutes as there was 1 car in front of me. Ordered cheeseburgers, tots, chili cheese pups and chili cheese fries. Everything was hot and fresh and prepared properly. Had to drive almost 20 minutes to my lunch destination and food was still warm when I arrived. Total costs was less than $20. All in all, a good experience and I would not be leery about going back to this location. Note – there is no dine-in available here but there is a walk-up window and picnic-style tables available outside the building.

every year we drive to Springfield park to drive through the lights and Go to Krystal’s . Both didn’t disappoint . food was great the young lady who waited on us at drive through did a perfect job it was a joy to meet her and eat great burgers .
