I have not been to this Subway in years and it was such a pleasant experience. Employee Megan (dont know if I spelled that right) created my online order that morning, it was a breakfast footlong that was exceptional. It was satisfying to see my tomatoes perfectly lined up and seasoned. The store was tidy and well lit. The sandwich station was clean, crisp and vibrant. Megan was kind, very thorough with answering my questions and efficient with serving the customers.

The lack of consistency in food at the Council street location is apauling! I have ordered from this location many times but today has been the worst. I called and spoke to the manager and she kept repeating herself about how they follow a formula and when I asked her to explain how last week when I ordered the exact same thing they were filling and made well her answer was that “she must not have been there”. She offered to remake them if I brought them back. We did. The second set of sandwiches were just as awful if not worse. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered online with a discount code for my wife and myself. My wife wanted her birthday cookie and the young man couldn’t figure out how to get it. The lady said she could ring it up and then we just scan our app. Worked perfectly. Both employees were very pleasant.
Store was clean and service was excellent.

Lisa was very stingy. Got a bread sandwich. Put hardly any meat on the sandwich and if you asked for extra only gave you one extra piece of whatever you asked for. Do not recommend this location.

I ordered and received my sandwich. Then as I was eating I noticed blue plastic in my sandwich. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked if they used anything blue and told him what I found. He confirmed they used anything blue brushes to clean their knives. He got my name. But didn’t ask for my number. Told me someone would contact me and he’d try to get me a free sandwich. That was 5 days ago and have not heard anything.

I eat at various Subway locations on a weekly basis so comparing them to others is easy. This location is just above average. Bread was a bit dry, meats were not evenly spaced, vegetables were average.

Megan was completely rude. The area where the vegetables are were nasty. There was mustard all on the outside of the bread. It was not busy at 11:45 but she acted as if she was doing me a favor.

Our sandwiches were both made with stale tough bread. Needed more sandwich spread and went to counter,called and no one came out to help me. Very disappointing

I walked in to order. One worker making a sandwich behind the counter. He said hi and continued working. Another worker came out of the bathroom and went behind the counter and picked up a paper order. I stood there for over a minute. No one said anything more to me. I then walked out. Evidently, online orders take precedent over a live human being wanting a sandwich. Sad state of today’s young workers.
