Wow this is such a hidden gem, my favorite value omakase ($55) in SoCal right now!!!! Really high level sushi, real wasabi, incredible quality fish. The staff were so nice and helpful, I’m definitely coming back soon!

Nice place & good food. It’s def. a good spot if you’re on a lunch break. The service was very fast, there is a language barrier but that’s no problem. I rated it 4 stars because of the fast service & authenticity. The atmosphere lets you know it’s been part of town for a while – but it’s clean and that’s the most important. There’s also valet, so that’s was convenient.

This place has a unique food choice on Japanese cuisine in a Korean style. I tried the best seller large sashimi salad which was quite a Korean food. It has a lot of salad leaves and some sashimi. Then it’s to be mixed with rice and gochujang sauce. It’s fresh and quite good. The bento and eel rice are pretty good too. The food is pretty fusion though, not very Japanese. Parking is valet only, $3 if I remember correctly.

UPDATE April 2025- Came back here for dinner after a few months it was not good. Fish tasted extremely fishy, it was chewy and not fresh. very disappointing as I have had good meals in the past. I did not feel good after my meal

We, party of 3, picked a medium combo (sashimi and sushi) and our mouths never stopped eating!
My pictures only show the main dishes, there are a lot more side dishes!
Everything tastes so fresh and it’s so fun to try a lot of different variety of food!

$23 after tax and they are going to include izumidai. Come on……. Nats flying around the food so constantly fighting them off. Food was pretty good but wanted to finish my food quick and leave. The side dishes were okay. Nothing mind blowing.
